It is independently owned and the owner is often seen purchasing quality ingredients at local store.Unlike other franchised stores, this one has more of authentic Korean flavored goods. I especially love the smaller sized cakes that looks so cute and delicious. Of course, it is priced accordingly which is very competitive to other stores.Inside the M mart to the left as you enter!

I love Honey Bakery - I always try to swing by when I'm in the area running errands. The owners always come out of the kitchen to say hi and help answer any questions I have. All their pastries are great so I would highly recommend going into M Mart and just looking around. FYI: They only take credit cards for totals over $10

Love Honey Bakery. I come in whenever I'm nearby. Staff is always friendly, food is delicious and they have a lot to choose from without being out constantly. I always buy more than I need so I can share them or snack on them later.

Love this place haven't been in awhile since we moved in Thornton but my mom brought me some the other day and my new favorite are these cheese flatbread sticks!

She's a pianist, and look at this lovely decorations!!!Since then, i basically order all my friends/families/loved ones cakes from here. They're very flexible too. New owner! There's rumor that the new baker was the baker for New York Bakery back in the day. The bakery has a HUGE selection and the pastries are much more tasty and consistent than before. There are also a lot of pastries here that you won't be able to find anywhere else in the area.DO TRY:The mochi cake with chestnuts, red beans, mung beans, and other stuff.Coffee bread with melted butter inside, for a soft center with coffee on top.Nagasaki Castella.

Aaaaahmazing cream cheese and blueberry buns. So happy I came here. Everything is so light and flavorful not dense not too sweet.Perfection!

We got a sweet potato cake from this bakery and it was absolutely delicious. We are going to go to this place again. 100% recommend

I needed 7 loaves of their delicious honey bread for a recipe and picked up one of their little beautiful cakes while I was there (and why not;). The bread loafs were light and consistent in size and very , very good. The little cake was Amazing! Not only was it really pretty, but the flavor and freshness was fabulous! The gentleman that helped me was very accommodating and nice. It's a small little room inside the front of the Korean Mart store behind the cash registers. I walked by it twice before I saw it - but once you find it - YUM! So far everything that I've tried there has been mouth watering good. Breads, Treats, Cakes - try it - you'll definitely be glad that you did !
