Hilltop Tap House

I love this place! It's packed with tons of tvs and good food. Watching sports here in Parker is unparallel to anywhere else. The staff are great and fast. The good is great and the drinks especially special drinks are delicious. The best part is so many beers on tap. We just wish they had a better variety, some seem basic seeing all the breweries in Parker. Would to see more Parker Breweries on Tap here. The ambiance is your typical sports bar like place. But the amount of tvs makes it perfect to watch Colorado sports, College football on Saturdays & NFL games on Sunday!

Great food and service. Got my check and paid on the touchpad without looking at receipt. Afterward I got a copy and found my happy hour $7 apps were charged $10+ for one and 11+ for the other identical item. 16oz beers and 22oz beers were both $7 each when happy hr was $1 off each. Asked the manager about the discrepancies and he basically gaslit me. He acted like everything was just fine and I was out of my mind for not understanding. Very dismissive and did nothing to help me understand the disconnect. We loved this place and always looked forward to going, but we will never set foot in again. Bottom line - always check your detailed bill before signing anything. Hilltop can not be trusted and won't make it right if you call them out.

Having been here two times with two wildly different experiences, I leave with Hilltop Tap House being average. The ambiance here is that of your typical sports bar, and the food and drinks match that aesthetic as well. Our first visit it was moderately busy and while we were found a table quickly the service was non-existent. We finally flagged down a server and ordered some drinks which took forever to actually come to the table. The odd thing was that there was a gentleman walking around who clearly worked there as a manager or something, who was adjusting the window shades, observing wait staff, and greeting customers, but did nothing to address any customers. It was clear that everyone was waiting but he just kept doing laps around the bar occasionally slightly lowering or raising a window shade. The food however was much better than we expected it to be and very reasonably priced (they also have a happy hour menu to make if really cost effective) Our second trip was much better. It was slightly less busy, but the service was 100 times better. Also we found that their kitchen serves until 12:00AM on weekdays, and 1:00AM on weekends! In a town that has very limited options for food after 8:30PM that isn't fast food this is a huge deal!TL:DR - Hit or miss service, good food, Kitchen is open late!

The food is real good, had their new garlic parm wings and they're delicious.prompt service and the pickle shits are a must have !yum

Typical sports bar kind of place.Service is pretty nonexistent, there seems to be some disgruntled employees having conflict with the older man who I'd assume is managing the place, poorly I might add.The food is bar food, not a place I'd go to eat.On a semi busy night the bartender was slammed while we were sitting at the bar. There were SO many employees just standing around ,in the way and making demands of her. One employee was standing around behind the bar for what I'd assume doing inventory. Bad timing and common sense would dictate to abort mission for now until the crowd simmers down and HELP the bartender!The place is also dirty and while we gave it a few tries, it appears to be where alcoholics go to die, among other things....we won't be back.

Food was good, drinks were really good, and the service was amazing! Would def recommend anyone to come here!

Stopped in last night for a few, ordered some wings Bri recommended. She was the best, she needs a raise!

Manager kicked my kids out becuase all four of them only wanted appetizers. Was rude and sketchy

Food is good but the service is extremely slow . Young servers nots experienced go getters. Was there for two hours and she came over twice. Had to go grab her myself a few times to get more drinks and check

This unassuming little gem in Parker offers some of the best food in Parker.Service is always good. Friendly, efficient staff.I recently came for breakfast and had the Chicken fried steak skillet.I was a little Leary because good white gravy is hard to find...but the they nailed it.I lived in Houston for a while, where I developed my addiction , taste for Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy/biscuits and gravy. On the hunt ever since.I assure you Houstonians...come on down on a weekend morning and order fearlessly.Get and extra side of gravy, and a get a double Bloody while you're at it.
