Service - Geeta was fantastic! Prompt, friendly and attentive. They seated my husband, me and my toddler right away on a Sunday at 11:30am. Kids menu fajitas were tasty. Got sides of black beans and fries. Food came out promptly. Husband liked his burrito. I thought the garlic shrimp street tacos were ok - wished for a bit more flavor. Queso was ok too. The mango habanero salsa was delish - adds a kick to any dish. Will be back to try more!

Bummer experience. Firstly, my son is handicapped and in a wheelchair, after being critically injured while serving the country, and we arrived with him in our ramped wheelchair van, only to find there was no accessible parking. None of the spots marked van accessible were actually van accessible, all missing the required additional width in the space itself and/ or in the access isle (all of the handicapped spots were extremely narrow, even for a standard parking spots and standard vehicles). Had we parked in one of the spots and attempted deploying our ramp, it would have sliced straight into the vehicle next to us. Additionally, and most regrettable, was that they made the deeply unfortunate decision to use half the handicapped spots for snow removal. Severely disappointing that they did not choose to use one of the many standard spots in their large parking lot for snow removal, instead choosing to violate the rights of disabled people to accessible parking, putting them in violation of multiple ACA compliance standards for lack of accessible parking both with lack of # of spaces and lack of van accessible spaces as laid out in the ADA Accessibility Standards 502.1 - 502.5. Once we made it in, after having to make several trips back and forth dropping my me and my son off while my husband re-parked the van, we looked forward to enjoying our dinner, having left the frustration and disappointment of the parking behind us. Unfortunately, that would also not be the case. Service was not great. Slow and no one seemed very happy to be working. We had a reservation for 5:30, so not prime dinner time, and only about 1/4 of the restaurant was filled. The food was mostly meh. Pretty bland. Our youngest son ordered a beef taco with side of fruit and carrots off the kids menu. What was delivered was a chicken taco with only fruit and only then were we informed that "they meant to tell us earlier that they don't have any carrots". We informed the server that he also ordered beef, not chicken, to which he did bring out a beef taco ... but then charged us for an entire side order of beef tacos in addition to the chicken one we didn't order!! And we were charged for multiple orders of fish tacos, to which we only had one. When we pointed out the error, he argued with us that one of the other guests had fish, when she in fact had chicken, which was also charged on the bill. One positive was the chocolate piñata we ordered for dessert. Very unique and fun (shareable with several people!!! It's HUGE!). It's a hanging chocolate ball filled with fruit and churros that you get to "whack" open with a solid wooden baton. Easy to share and quite memorable!Poor service and lack of care for disabled people really made this a visit NOT to remember. Agree with others that this restaurant has really gone downhill. Used to be a place our family enjoyed several times a year. No longer the case :(. Hopefully the restaurant can learn and improve for others in the future (not sure we'll be returning).

Don't Eat HereOrdered a taco salad while I was recovering at home. I waited an entire HOUR only to get some greens with croutons and a very small container of ground beef (unseasoned). No black beans, cheese or taco shell. The cup of "pork" green chili had absolutely NO PORK in it. Had plenty of onions though. This place has really tanked since Uncle Julio's bought them.Management could not care less.

We went for lunch since they closed the one in Southwest Littleton. So excited there was still one left. I have always loved the Timmer Margarita, they would bring it with a shot of Grand Marnier to pour on top. This time I'm guessing it was just poured on top, so the art of presentation is gone. The chips and salsa have remained the same and were good. I ordered the cheese enchilada and chicken enchilada with the beans and rice and it was good. We were in around 2 in the afternoon the place was very quiet and the service was marginal for being so empty. Don't get me wrong, our waiter was not very attentive, nice but hard to find. All in all it was ok. I forgot pictures of food.

Hacienda is my to go place for yummy margaritas as well as good Mexican food. I know it's not super authentic but they have so many entrees to choose from and the quality of food is consistently good. I love their made in front of you guacamole, green chile, fajitas and tacos.Service is always very friendly! It's a perfect place for a large group as the restaurant is massive with sitting inside and outside (however, if you don't want to wait, you need to make reservations on Friday night - Saturday).Easy parking as the lot is huge!

I won't ever be back. I used to go all the time before they got bought out. After the buyout I didn't go till 2021 after Covid. The menu was cut down to nothing. So I gave it a break again. I went again last week. Service was slow. The ambiance that used to be with the old colored arches is gone. The music is terrible and loud. The chips and salsa used to be the draw tot his place. This was the worst salsa I have ever had in my life. It's water with tomato chunks. The chips don't even taste salted. I don't think they should even give them out anymore it's so bad. They need to go back to what Hacienda once was. It was hard to get in at any time in the past. This is no longer the case because uncle Julio's bought it out and ruined it.

Last time we were here, the place was a mess and I forgot to leave 2 star reviews. Just to recap from last time, service was terrible, food was served in a manner that I thought it was dropped before being served. Only thing that was acceptable was the pricy tableside guacamole.Today's visit, even though early evening, I can feel the positive vibes. Definitely in a good way. Two hostesss greeted us and were seated right away. Within a few minutes, our waiter came and introduced himself to us with chips and salsa. He took the drink order. It's definitely a big change from last time. Order was taken and food came out in a timely manner and well presented. While eating, the restaurant manager stopped by to check on us. He wasn't dressed in a professional manner and nothing to indicate he worked for this restaurant. I just figured he was the manager. Definitely not a customer. They had a handheld device to pay. It also had a quick survey. One survey asked if the manager stopped by. I guess he did.Take away: table side guacamole was $15. HH food menu is only at the lounge but HH drink menu can be ordered throughout.

Wow, what a hidden find! A friend recently had business in Aurora so we tried to find a place somewhat between CR and Aurora and landed on this restaurant. It turns out the food options is so much more extensive than what the menu shows! The chili relleno is listed as a different name, but we learned that the kitchen can make any style we wanted, as well as any burrito style--that was an excellent tidbit. The food serving is LARGE, the prices are EXCELLENT, the food was great, and we didn't feel like sardines (plenty of space between tables)! As with most restaurants being short on wait staff, on occasion the wait was a bit slow (initial drink order and meal order). Our server kept our drinks filled without us having to flag him down (it's like he just _knew_ we were about done with drinks and then POOF a refill appeared). I can't remember his name, otherwise I would mention it here. The team who delivered the food to the table were extremely polite, professional, and attendant to our needs. We found this a great place overall, from the host to the waiter to our servers/bus-team, and the food was great.

This has been our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area for years and have been regulars here for some time. We went tonight and service was great as usual. We were so disappointed to see the menu has completely changed and in our opinion, has become very limited. One in our family is vegetarian and now really have no options. Also, they no longer have burritos, black beans, veggie fajitas, cilantro rice, etc. on the menu. Also, they no longer have the red salsa that was our favorite. So bummed with all the menu changes.

Food is great and quick for to go pick up! This time was a bit disappointing since the Blanco Smothered Chicken Burrito was missing the chicken in our to go order. Also bummed that they no longer have the chile con queso (we're not big on blanco queso).
