Grist Brewing

Its been years since I have been to Grist even though I live in Highlands Ranch. We are lucky to have lot of great brewpubs to choose from. While I thought the beer selection was ok I was really disappointed in the service. 4 bartenders on a snowy Friday night and I sat for long periods with an empty glass. I ordered some wings and when they came out they were miniscule. I asked for the manager and he comped the order. Just an overall less than stellar experience.

Hannah was the best, very friendly and gave us good drinks recommendations. good beer and their flights cups are bigger than surrounding breweries. beautiful establishment with plenty of seating.

Food is ok, but too pricy for a very small burger.Can't recommend the food.You come here for the beer, and they have lots of cold beer.The place is nice and comfortable.Come over and give it a try.

Guy with full trimmed beard and half grown out black fingernail polish could use some customer service training.. This was 3 ;00 in the afternoon with absolutely no stress as the place was not full. He has no personality whatsoever and could have been more helpful and personable but was aloof with attitude. So if you would likepeople to return, talk to Mr. I am better than most people or get rid of him!

Sterling Ranch is lucky to have Grist move into the neighborhood! Son and I checked it out tonight as our last stop on our mini brew pub tour. Heidi was a delightful hostess, and made us feel comfortable as we closed the place down. They'll be having football games on, and live music, so things are looking great here!

We love the ambiance and the service is always great! The trivia nights are a blast and we love that there's always a food truck out front.
