The potatoes are excellent. I got the breakfast sandwich. The tomato pesto sounded delicious.....Ok so the sandwich itself is HUGE! I do not taste any pesto (maybe they forgot it) The bacon is crispy the way I like it but it does taste old. It's definitely not fresh bacon. The did stop serving breakfast at 11 am and I showed up and ordered at 10:51 am. So I'm sure I just got the back end of breakfast. The sandwich was good. I can only imagine if I had gone earlier it would be really fresh and alot better. Disappointed I didn't get the pesto on it.

Restaurant closes at 10pm and arrived just after 9. Server was efficient and quick. The Caesar salad with shrimp is a meh dinner but serviceable. I wouldn't get the shrimp again. He stopped by just before 10 to remind us he's closing and if we could close out, so we did. Better than a terminal restaurant but is that much expectation?!

Forget about Snooze, Grill & Vine is a better brunch spot! The one we visited is inside the Westin by the Denver International Airport and there was hardly any wait. So with the line and wait time so long at Snooze, I could've driven here, be seated and be finished before my table is ready at Snooze. Lol, while that's not realistic, you get my feeling. And what's not to like about the vibes? Grill & Vine here has gotten a great view of the airport canopy and depending on where you're seated, as in my case, the mirror on my back not only lists their other locations but reflects Pena Blvd that I'm sure if this was summer time, it'd be all green.I adored my Savory Crepe dish, it had so much stuffing the thinness of the crepe is accentuated thus make it melt in the mouth. This is a meal for two (either two people or two meals!) Hubby said his Denver omelet was good too but there was nothing that could've come between me and my crepes.

Work lunch with co-worker. The interior has been refreshed and has a more sophisticated feel. The lighting makes it an airy and spacious place to dine in. I selected the seared ahi tuna tataki and she had the romesco gnocchi. The presentation of the dishes were lovely. The ahi soft and tender. The avocado added enough depth to the flavors. The toasted sesame glaze was a little sweet for me but with the avocado it was fine. And the crunch added by the crispy wonton and almond and pistachio crumble made the mouthful divine. Her dish was gorgeous. The greens and the bright orange gnocchi a sight to behold. Ona, our server, was professional and attentive. A great work lunch.

Sitting at the bar at the Grill & Vine is always a pleasure. Craft cocktails and extensive wine list. The dinner menu is excellent. I just enjoyed the Wednesday special: scallops with mashed potatoes. Perfectly broiled and finished with a delicious chipotle sauce. Complements to the chef!! If you get stuck at DIA for weather delays, the Westin on the field is first class. I always look forward to staying here and enjoying a meal at the Grill & Vine! Their Breakfast is always a perfect way to start the day. What a wonderful place. Best "airport restaurant" and hotel in the country!!

Was in town overnight attending a meeting. Have a friend in the Denver area who drove in to meet me at the hotel - I was on limited time. We decided to just stay at the hotel and had dinner at Grill and Vine. I cannot comment on the slowness of service - it was actually quite fast the night we dined here (Fri night). The hotel itself is beautiful and the restaurant was open and airy which was lovely! We started with drinks - an old fashion and a forest frosted gimlet. I had the gimlet - a little sweet but overall tasty. I'm a sucker for rosemary in my gin drinks so this hit the spot. For dinner - we started with the Brussels appetizer. It was delicious. For main course - I had the salmon citrus salmon. I asked for a medium cook on the salmon but it came out well done. The dressing served with it was interesting - not bad but also not outstanding. My friend got the beet salad with shrimp and chicken and I was actually a little envious The shrimp were huge and looked delicious. The fried goat cheese balls looked amazing as well! It served its purpose but would never come back 'just because.'

We had an early flight out of Denver in the morning and decided to eat here for the first time. I had the beef braised tacos, my husband had a bacon burger, and our daughter had the buffalo chicken wings. My husband opted for a beer, while I had a Cosmo martini. Everything was excellent. Service was prompt and great atmosphere.

Delightful arugula based beet salad with fried goat cheese. Added grilled jumbo shrimp. Walked right into the bar to sit at a high top. If you face the right way, you have a cool view of the airport's white peaks and a wacky moving sculpture.

Friendly server. Quiet (though was 6am). Hot coffee and fresh food. Not cheap, not at all.

I came here for breakfast. I have no picture of food because I did not plan on reviewing the place. I ordered Eggs Benedict with salmon. To the chef that makes decisions on food items, it would be better for the salmon to be in the form of slices please. Salmon was chopped, like when one has crab meat in crab cakes. It cheapens the item. As if the cooks were hiding something by chopping the meat. No genuine salmon taste. The spinach added - does overwhelm the rest of the ingredients.
