I love their fresh oysters and love to come back for them but as for the other food offering like the bbq, it wasn't great . The pork were on the dry side and you needed to add a lot of sauce to swallow but the ribs was perfect . Maybe it's on the golf course, but I didn't enjoy eating dinner but swatting flies off my food and body at the same time .Other then that, the restaurant is clean, comfy seating and the staff are courteous. You won't get attentive service but just right for you to enjoy the meal.

After an hour and a half out on the driving range the BF and I found ourselves hungry and craving an adult beverage. Needless to say we headed up to the Green Valley Ranch Bar and Grill to quench our hunger and thirst. ++ Restaurant def had that "golf course clubhouse" kind of feel.++ They have a large patio area for those warmer Colorado days!++ Servers were very prompt at filling empty water glasses.++ The Bloody Mary was delish and just what I needed after a hot day on the range!+/- The Philly Cheese Steak was alright. It seemed like more of a french dip to me and left me craving some au jus to go with it.Green Valley Ranch Bar and Grill def hits the spot when you're craving some eats before or after your golf game!

GREAT ATMOSPHERE! Food offerings were awesome-something for everyone. Had a great live band outside, cornhole, ping-pong and other games were there to play, and it was very clean and well-bussed. Three of us had appetizers, a meal and couple beers each and it was under a hundred bucks. Well worth the trip.

I was pleasantly surprised by Green Valley Ranch Bar & Grill. I wasn't sure what to expect since there weren't a lot of photos and there are no menus. I've added some pictures of the menu here, though I wish I had taken some photos of the inside of the restaurant and our food. The interior looks pretty much like the common room of a large rental complex, but it has nice views over the golf course and an actual bar on one end. Service was very friendly. We got our food quickly, but that's probably because it was 4 p.m. and we were the only people eating there. I really enjoyed my quesadilla. He was crisp, but I also especially like the chicken which was very flavorful and well seasoned, a tender piece of grilled chicken. Sizable portion too. Salsa and sour cream were good, guacamole was a little on the dark side. The grilled cheese looked good and the fries were crispy and tasty.I would say the atmosphere feels a little bit weird, because it doesn't really feel like a restaurants, but like a common room that has been repurposed, but other than that, it's beautiful around that part of the golf course, and the dishes we tried definitely exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely come back and try more dishes, and we'll upload more photos then.

I believe this place has now closed or changed hands and is now called Eberts. Did eat here. Stopped for breakfast based on posted breakfast menu to discover they don't serve breakfast. They only offer a $7 Breakfast Burrito to go.

This is right next to my house and it has such a nice vibe of golfing and private lounging. It's in the retirement homes so it can get a bit private since its a little hidden from the rest of the neighborhood. It has the golf course right next to it which means you can bet your socks off that you can play a good game of golf and enjoy the nice Colorado Green Valley Ranch breeze.

From Fox 31 - Bon Appetite!Eagle's Nest Restaurant at Green Valley RanchThe Green Valley Ranch Golf Course is a hit with golfers, but the recent health inspection at the club's restaurant might tee you off.The Eagle's Nest Restaurant gets an "F" on our report card for 11 critical violations in its February 2014 unannounced inspection. The health inspector says the violations included:Mold floating in an olive jarMushy, slimy substance on thawed frozen vegetablesA pan of cut celery was brown and slimyMeatballs covered in a fuzzy, mushy substanceStuffed Chicken breasts were soft and mushyThe inspection report also said an employee was observed handling soiled pans, disposing of rotten food and cleaning portions of the kitchen, and then preparing food without washing hands.Additionally, an employee washed food in a sink that was soiled with food debris and filled with dirty pans.Other issues included a pan of sausage and pesto that are supposed to be held at 41 degrees or colder were 69 degrees. Surprisingly pleased with this little place. I wasn't sure what to think of it as it is located at the golf course. But I'm glad I chose to go with a couple of friends; and then, went back a couple more times. Food is good; just like your regular bars that serve American food like hot wings, burgers, fries, etc. Happy hour was very reasonable and the view out to the course is pretty neat. This place is small and it doesn't have tons of fancy stuff going on. But it is nice to come for a nice and chill time.

Good food, good atmosphere, good personnel, just one fine place to have lunch or a snack with the guys (or gals) after a round of golf. The menu is not large but the items on the menu are all very good, tasty and you certainly get enough. The restaurant is not large but it is comfy and gives you enough room to chat with friends and chat with others. Several TV monitors are around so you can watch the latest sports that are going on. All the wait help are cheerful, friendly and seem like they are there to make you visit a happy one. The Eagle's Nest is mostly frequented by those who have just played or are about to play the course, but it is a place you should stop by if you are in the neighborhood.

Great food and atmosphere. I like the golf-course-esque vibe and that it's secluded. Driving up it looks like it's private but it's definitely open for all so go check it out if you haven't already.I've had breakfast there a few times had a great experience each time. I'm very surprised to read about the bad experience John F. and company had. I would have sent back burnt french toast since I make the best french toast on the planet (using fresh french bread and texas sized slices) B-). I'll have to try their french toast now to see what I get.The smothered burrito was great, as are their burgers. The boneless wings were OK (I only had the buffalo flavor not the BBQ). The quesadilla's are really good too! Basically, I've loved everything I've had there.
