Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Common regional fast food burger and custard chain. The place was dead on a Sunday mid-afternoon. I got a single vanilla scoop of frozen custard ($3.19) with free toppings of chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs. The custard was thin, light, and watery. It tasted ok, but it wasn't the rich and thick consistency I like. Supposedly Oregon blackberry is the flavor to get, but they only had it for the spoonbender and I didn't want something that heavy.

We really like this fast food burger joint but disappointed in this location. We got the special green chili frito burgers.Had more jalapeños than anything else could've fooled me into thinking had green chili's. Good thing it's green chili roasting season and we bought a few to eat along side this. We also had 2 more orders of the regular burgers no cheese as they had dairy restrictions/allergies. Yeah you guessed it, the 2 came with cheese. Also was missing 2 orders of fries. Went back to tell them about the cheese and the missing fries. Got the 2 burgers corrected fast! But they forgot the fries again! We'll still come probably not this location.

Of course I pull in the drive thru and it's heaps busy but Dude at the window ? Way cool. Great voice- breezy ordering- friendly and professional. Good Time Food

I tried a double cheeseburger at location number 136 and I thought it was pretty good for just over seven dollars whereas other burger chains charge for the same kind of burger 11 and $12. I went to another good times chain. In Westminster off Wadsworth Blvd. I ordered the Bambino's. Won't be ordering them again. The bun isn't right and it was thrown together and it was dry.

I was at good times location 104th melody. There was an employee named gina who was very disrespectful. She got mad when I asked for a napkin.

Been my favorite fast food burger for years, but today I went and ordered food, asked to use the restroom and they denied me. So I cancelled my order and left.

Have gone here 2 nights in a row at 8 o'clock in the evening and they are closed. Google maps says they are open till 10. If that isn't their hours, someone needs to fix this.

Usually only get breakfast burritos from this place. But they are always great. Have not had anything else from here but willing to try. Always friendly customer service.

I came into the drive thru today for the potato poppers but they were out. Apparently there is a shortage but I didn't mind. I got the number 1 with fries and a drink. The lady at the window told me they were sorry and hope my day got better. Well I get home and take a bite of my fries. They were soggy, stale and cold. Went straight for the burger since I don't really care for their fries much anyway and I open the wrapper to bubbly crusted cheese. OBVIOUSLY microwaved. I've microwaved left overs before so I didn't mind too much. Took a bite and it was as hard a rock. This was my first meal of the day so I tried to just force it down with another bite but the bread was stale and hard too. I tried calling the store 3 times to make it right, 3 times! Because I know it's busy around 11 but this was unacceptable! I can't even leave a voicemail. BUT it's 11 o clock Why are they serving microwaved burgers?? Never going to this location again. The drive thru parking lot is shit too pot holes everywhere and huge curbs.

sick as a dog from this place, the food was cold,overdone,staff not caring serving without gloves,custards melting. the only decent thing was the paw bender.I came home and threw it in the garbage.gross !I'm sure I have food poisoning.what a waste of 20$Kathleen Abbott
