Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

This is 5 stars; aka as good as it gets, for fast food, in my experiences.We go here now and then and every time it's almost always an accurate order, plus hot and fresh. They have great quality condiments too!Service is always helpful and polite and the interior is always clean and comfortable, so I recommend dining in or drive thru both:)Not sure why they have mixed reviews but sometimes things do go weird when dining out but fortunately I view this location and chain as being "reliably good".

They forgot the burger. I drove 20 min for a burger and I didn't get a burger. What I got was a BLT sandwich.

I tried their breakfast burrito for the first time. It's pretty good and it has some kick. I was impressed

Really kind of surprised by some of the low reviews here. We have gotten food from this local Colorado burger chain for years, and honestly have never had a bad experience. The quality of the meat is a step above say McDonald's or Burger King, etc. I like too that they have really yummy breakfast burrito's. My favorite burger on the menu is the Mushroom Swiss. They have 2 different kinds of French fries, natural and "wild fries". The "wild fries" are battered. I prefer the "wild fries" either with their green chili which is really nice and has a nice kick, and cheese or their wild sauce. My only complaint would be they are really expensive for fast food, but the quality of the food compensates for the higher price.

I decided to go here on a Wednesday afternoon. Food is always decent, customer service is lacking. The girl with the pierced septum who met us at the window couldn't bother with a smile or thank you. When i asked for natural fry and she gave me wild instead, i told her about the mistake, she seemed annoyed. I'm not sure why people take jobs that they don't give 2 shits about. $16/hr seems like a decent wage for a low skilled position.There's a reason that Chick-fil-A across the street always has a constant stream of customers. They are #1 fast food restaurant for the past 7 years!A little kindness and politeness goes a long way.

We Doordashed food from this place 30 minutes before they close (930pm). Our driver got there 20 minutes later to grab our food and they told him they close in ten minutes and left. The workers left and closed, and our driver was left in the parking lot. Absolutely horrible closers and whoever started working there and closing should be fired. The past 4 times we've gone after 7pm they have messed up food, failed to even be there, and have forgotten things in orders.

This is the second time I've paid $50 plus for an order and I get home and it's missing items - I went in this time so they could understand my order as the new drive through mics are not good ... and missing a burger - last time it was a burger and fries and my daughter .. with a severe allergy to egg got a burger with Mayo & had an allergic reaction... called and they don't answer the phone.. very disappointed- food is good but this is not acceptable!

I rarely to never eat fast food anymore because the quality is so poor. However, today my husband I went through the drive through at Good Times and it was incredible!! The food was PIPING hot and excellent quality. My burger had huge, fresh, crisp toppings and the fries were flavorful and super fresh! Thank you Good Times!

I wouldn't normally write a review for fast food but my experience today was exceptional! I went through the drive through and ordered a kids meal and the food was so hot and fresh. The service was also great; kind worker took my order and gave my food and it was very fast. I don't eat fast food often, but when I do I will go back here for sure!

man in the drive thru was an a**hole, kept scoffing at us after we went through the drive thru a few times. TERRIBLE customer service, I said thank you several times and he never responded. sh*tty fries too
