Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

For a fast food chain - this is a solid joint that I'd definitely hit up again - no brainer. Odd though that having trying to search for them on yelp, over 45 business (not all burger related) posted before I found this place...on yelp. I drove by and that why I stopped in. However, for some reason when you search for burgers or shakes on yelp, it's crickets. Odd. Anyway - it's a great custard shake. My shake for the record, turned out exactly how I ordered it. And it's delicious!! Totally taking cAre of my ice cream "Jones" right now. Well done!!

The burger I got was a little sloppy. It was wrapped in aluminum foil.Service was prompt**^

The staff was pretty friendly; however, the chicken strips that they sell were dehydrated or a day old. They were quarter inch thick and like beef jerky. For $9? Seriously? That's the first time I have eaten there and I'm not sure if that's normal. If that is, I don't think I'll ever go back.

We don't have this back in Virginia and I was so happy to try this place!! Everything tasted so good and their CUSTARD!? WHEW. Toooo good! I absolutely loved it, it's hard to find good custard at fast food restaurants but this tasted so yummy. I got their cheeseburger and fries and their vanilla custard, my boyfriend got the chocolate. Both were to die for!

We are fans of Good Times ..in fact the only fast food we eat...however we stopped at the store on Broadway and Evans today and we're very disappointed. the burger was overdone(burned) and dry..The onion rings were soggy and must have. been sitting around for awhile. Didn't finish them!The custard was good though! so disappointed..probably should have gone back and complained! For $18.00 expect much more! Hope someone from corporate sees this and checks on this location!

This is a drive-through hamburger stand. It has been around for years. It primarily focuses on "quality" hamburgers and frozen custard. They do both well. The hamburger meat is advertised as hormone free angus beef. They also sell chicken sandwiches but I haven't ordered one. Similar to most fast food restaurants, your dining experience is dependent upon who is working on the grill the day you order. Thus, on one day the hamburger comes out hot and fresh-cooked tasting and on another day the hamburger tastes like it has been pre-cooked and not fully re-heated at the time it is served. The Frozen custard's are terrific and generous for the price charged. There is one area they could improve and that is their hamburger buns. The buns are very soft and taste sweet- - they could do better. Overall, I find it to be good fast food at a moderate price.

I don't know how this place has bad reviews. Food is always fresh milkshakes are bomb and customer service is good. Love it! My go to for a sweet treat.

Spoiled milkshake and no way to contact corporate to complain. Last time I ever eat there.

I won't write a novel here, but good times is the best kept secret for "fast food" burgers there is in my opinion. Every single time the quality is the same. I mean it's the same as five guys or in n out, if not better. The burgers come wrapped in aluminum foil (always a good sign) and the cheese, sauce, ingredients and beef etc is always freshly melted and you can tell it was legit; just made to order I am in no way sponsored or anything to do this review but good times burger is insanely good. Such a gem.

Quality food and service during peak lunch hours. All you can ask for. Especially for fast food.
