Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

I've been a longtime customer of Good Burgers, and I always look forward to have my order picked up. food is consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. I enjoy meal with chicken , fries are delicious, shakes are my favorite I especially want to highlight Luis, one of the employees. His friendly demeanor and excellent service make every visit enjoyable. He's always attentive and ensures that my order is perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty burger and outstanding service!

Good Tomes is normally a decent chain, but the last couple of times have been lackluster and this sent me over the edge. I've ordered for this location for a while, but never again. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal from them off Uber Eats. When I got home, prepared to eat my food, I saw that someone had taken off their gloves and placed them inside my burger! I understand it's late for some folks (9:30/10 pm) and maybe you want to entertain yourself, but serving someone's food with used gloves is HIGHLY unsanitary and downright disgusting. Not eating here again!

Why is a burger so wet? I got a double Cheeseburger and it was inedible. My husband got a bunch of bambino they were awful. I don't even want to see what this kitchen looks like. But this is for sure where the norovirus outbreak originated. It also took a long time for the food so the service sucks.

Glad they're open late. Didn't get any food, just a malt. Friendly service, quick. Nice spot, particularly in the wee hours.

Great little place, our burgers were great, and we had service with a smile. It's a drive up burger place it's not that big.

Ordered the #7 combo and it was sauce less with a whole head of lettuce. Not to mention the cashiers ASK for tips... when the fuck did we start tipping fast food workers for half-assing their jobs?

Now that GoodTimes has joined the "add a tip to your drive thru order" bandwagon, I'm wondering if they can help me calculate how much tip I should be leaving on getting my order wrong, leaving off the cheese from my California cheeseburger, and apologizing 3 times on how slow their drive thru is despite me being the only one in line.Please advise.

This has got to be the best restaurant i have ever eaten at past the hours of 11 o'clock. My buddies and i after a late night out of tomfoolery had no other feasible option for late night munchies, so we took the chance on this Good Times. As we arrived at the restaurant we were met by the welcoming face of a man whose name i don't quite remember but ended up leaving an amazing impression of warmth and comfort. I ordered a burger and custard and got as close to heaven since the first time i listened to the critically acclaimed hit single, "What's Poppin" by world renowned Kentucky rapper Jack Harlow. Speaking of Jack Harlow i crossed paths with the man at this very restaurant and all my dreams came true. This Good Times has provided the single greatest experience me and my buddies have experienced in the past 20 years. Thank you

Delicious burger & amazing sides, might i say the best fast food burger! People are so sweet, called about adding ketchup to our doordash order and they were so kind and accommodating!

Trash. Straight up trash. Nothing I had here was good. Why was my chocolate shake vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup when this place is a CUSTARD place???
