Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

We are new to Colorado. We went to good times yesterday. 2 adults and 2. My kids and husband stomach started hurting after they ate. They had to use the bathroom multiple times. My stomach started hurting around 5am with multiple trips to the bathroom. We never eat here again. This was our first and last time.

I walked up, there was one other person in front of me with a line full in at the drive thru. They were working as quickly and efficiently as possible, there were two people who helped me, but the lady was very very sweet! I ordered a a burger, fried and a cherry shake and it was all so yummy!

So so delicious. I've been ordering my cheesecake strawberry spoon bender for about 13 years sit this time 2/9/2021 was waaay creamer and tasty. Very goon consistency. Young man very kind. Actually gave me napkins without me asking. WHAAT?.

We treat ourselves every once in a while to their breakfast sausage burritos! They are amazing!! And they come with potato pieces. It's cheap, its fantastic, and they are always pleasant!! Can't recommend them enough!!

Okay so to be fair, the guy is friendly and he gets the order right. BUT, this is the third time I have gone there and it takes him 5-10 minutes for EACH car. I just went tonight at 5:00 pm, that is peak dinner time. WHY is the management of this store not staffing up the store to make orders quicker than that? Come on, the food is decent but not worth waiting that long for. Management, get your act together.My basis for comparison and making that statement is 2 other Good Times I have been too, one of them in DTC. They don't take anywhere near that long. Maybe 2 minutes tops, but usually faster than that.

Last night our truck broke down in at the drive thru window. I attempted to call AAA. It was a high call time. Our gear handle on our automatic Toyota Tundra broke off. We were stuck in reverse. The manager who one of the workers saids name was Aqui was horrible to us. He sent workers out to push us out of driv thru. Which wasn't possible stuck in reverse. Everytime I tried to explain to the manager he just talked right over me. It took me an hour to get ahold of AAA. AAA tried to send me to a auto system call that would show our location everytime the manager would talk and the AAA automated system would bump me off because it would hear the manager and say it didn't understand what we were saying. I asked him politely to stop talking to me while I was on the phone. He became very rude. My Husband tried to explain to him again what was happening but he got so rude never listened to what we were trying to explain to him that my Husband who has been diagnosed with severe anxiety and takes meds that he wasn't helping the situation by talking everytime I was on the phone with AAA. He become combative and told us he was calling the police on us. We told him please do. So the police can explain to you what's going on and you might listen. 2 hours later with the manager still trying to get us out of his drive thru by calling another tow truck and trying to get us to pay $150 to get towed. I explained to him that I just got off a plane from Seattle Washington to bury my Uncle. I just paid for cremation, the trip hotel, plane tickets i had to Clean out his apartment by myself. I'm the only living relative. That I didn't have $150 that I had AAA and I was using that. I tow truck flat bed came from AAA. It could not fit into drive thru. We had to wait another 30 mins for another tow truck in the cold. Because our car was stuck in reverse we couldn't turn the engine on. A second truck came and went under truck to get it out of reverse so we could drive it out. The whole time the manager was so rude to us. He said can't you use a different tow company and have AAA transfer funds to them. I saud how do you do that. That doesn't even make sense .I commend the workers who I kept apologizing for the way tge manager was acting towards us. Who were very nice and listen to the bizarre circumstances. The manager never listened to me once when I was trying to explain anything to him. He just wanted us out his drive thru. The workers kept checking on us. Not once did the manager say I'm sorry for your loss or showed any compassion because he didn't care or once listen to me. Just kept talking over me. We live a block away and frequent Good times at least twice a week. I will never go back again. I posted on FB. My cousin had this happen and the manager was kind and gave him hit Coffee and kept checking on him to make sure he was OK. Aqui should not be a manager. We were customers.

first time and will not patronize again!! if I could give a zero I would. ordered 2 milk shakes and 2 scoops of ice cream. when I got home and tried the shakes they were horrible. the choc shake tastes like a fake choc syrup is added and the PB shake tastes of nothing. the scooped ice cream served in a cup was running and tasted as if it was mixed with a fall flavor????sorry can not recommend this place at all!!!!! a waste of my money!!!

I came here on a rainy day and I received amazing service! The staff was very welcoming and the food was great. I ordered green chili potato poppers and chocolate toffee crunch and it was so good! Will be back again.

Great customer service and good food. The guy was really helpful and got the food out in a timely manner which was really appreciated. Will be going back again!

Three weeks later and still no response from corporate or management.Do not patronize this restaurant.
