Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

I have been going to good times for years, & never had a problem until two days ago when I downloaded their APP.I ordered for the first time a burger & redeemed the wild fries for free. They made me get out of line when it wasn't busy and wait in the parking lot until it was done for over 5 minutes when no one was in line. They are stapling the bags now so I pulled away, & I realized there were no wild fries so I called & spoke to Anoiya whom said I could pick them up. I stated that I could not pick them up until Tuesday because I had to go to work.On Tuesday I ordered a chicken sandwich and thought I was getting the wild fries. I received another stapled bag with no wild fries, & the manager accused me of not pressing the button so no wild fries. After opening the stapled bag, there were no napkins & as I was eating the dry chicken sandwich, there was a hair tangled in the middle so I spit it out and called Good Times, but they did not CARE at all. This is a HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUE being IGNORED by this location and possibly ALL locations. This manager had such a thick accent I could barely understand her.BEWARE of Good Times Burger because thy just DO NOT CARE about their customers!!!!!!!

Good Times is two to three times a year thing for me so this past time I came here for bambino burgers and a paw bender for our pups birthday!Super slow although there was only one car in front of me and all the exterior lights were off around 630p so it looked sketch. Our pup seemed to enjoy his birthday dinner so thats a plus! I think later this year will be visiting the location off Quincy instead.

Local chain serving burgers and shakes. Fast drive through. Solid burger and good fries. Fish was good. Best part of the meal was the strawberry cheesecake "spoon bender". WhileNot that thick it was very good. For aFast meal it hits the spot.

This place is amazing!!! The burgers were much better than Bad Daddys. And the guy who took our order was the nicest young man. He smiled he was professional and kind. I wish I could remember his name. I know he had tattoos on his fingers and on his left hand said Life. He is a keeper!!I went again tonight and had the fried cheese curds and also the frozen custard. OMG they both were amazing. Two different times being there and the staff and food were on point. I do suggest the the outside lights need to be turned on because we thought it was closed. We went around 9:15 pm. Give this awesome lil burger joint a try, you will not be disappointed.

SO GREAT! Jim was so perfect in every way. His face, kindness, and order taking skills. What a wonderful man. He made my ice cream with love. This location is appreciated by all of us in the community!

We placed a pickup order at 7:40ish for inside pickup since my husband hates going through the drive thru. Went to go grab it and they had already locked their doors (they close at 10) hopped in the drive through line and they not only told me I needed to pull around they also added that I had a "huge order" kinda rude. I had 3 burgers 2 small fries & a kids meal. Not anything crazy I rolled up with the whole family lol. Anyways about 20 mins later we got our food. It was hot that was nice so I'll give two stars not one since the food was hot. I asked for sauces. They did put them in there but the sauce was like 1/8 of the cup full and they charged me for it. It was almost worse than not getting a sauce at that point. My husbands burger wasn't cooked all the way. Altogether we would never come back here or recommend it and it was our first & last time.

Scenario: It's 10:27 am. I pull into the drive thru thinking they're serving their standard menu. Turns out it's breakfast. I opt to order a breakfast burrito. I have a severe allergic reaction to cheese and so i request the breakfast burrito without cheese. They say no can do as the burritos are pre packaged. I say okay. It's now 1028. I ask if they can sell me a burger. They say no because it's not 1030. I say okay and begin to wait for 2 minutes so i can buy food that wont poison my system. I am the only car in the drive thru. The staff then tells me that i need to leave the drive thru and come back. I ask why. They say it's because they have a timer that automatically starts when i pull into the drive thru and it's creates stats about how long the ordering process takes. I tell them that me taking a lap around the building would be an inaccurate reflection of how long i am having to wait for food that is safe for me to eat (2 minutes). I have no problem waiting for safe food but im not going to unnecessarily burn gas for nothing. The manager comes on the mic and quite hostilely says "im the manager and im not trying to be rude but i need to tell you to either pull around and come back thru or come inside to order" I have to tell them that it's literally 30 seconds at this point and that as the manager they should quite obviously understand that this exact moment isnt a reflection of their work.Now for the part that bothered me. I order a #3 no onion. They ask "do you want that as a combo" i say yes. They say okay pull forward. They take my payment and hand me a burger. No drink, no fries, not a combo. I tell them i ordered a combo and they now say that imthey didnt register it as a combo and i have to pay for the fries and the drink full price. I say fine and then the cashier disappears for another 4 minutes at which point I realize they're not coming back. I pull out of the drive thru and look at my burger and they put onions on it. Absolutely petty and unprofessional behavior.

Always loved this place but Craig k killed it by showing his generosity and care and my food was nice fresh and hot try the big daddy and the verde chili fries fire! Fire food fire costumer service.

Fresh, fast and delicious! I always stop at this location when I visit TjMaxx at SOUTHLANDS. It's like my guilty pleasure. I shop and then grab a quick snack before heading home. I love their wild fries and sometimes get their delicious frozen custard too. I'm from HI and did not grow up with a GT so this is one of my favorite fresher fast food options in CO. In addition to their wild fries, I do love their breakfast chorizo burritos too! The wild spuds are also such a good compliment to the breakfast burrito. This location is always efficient and the meal is always fresh. I never receive soggy fries and my order is always accurate. I also enjoy getting the chili cheese fries or a kid's cheese burger combo. It's a perfect portion for me. The drive thru is very convenient and typically very fast even with a long line of more than 5 cars.

Craig should never be allowed around any customer EVER!!! Telling a customer to F off and treating people like absolute trash. I will never visit any Good times or Bad Daddys location ever again. Tried to charge.my card twice, never gave me my food, just had to run his smart-ass mouth at every opportunity and then runs to the back still cussing me out. I hope yoi go out of business. Just keep Craig and that will ensure you lose a ton of customers.
