Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Great burgers, always hot. Seasoned fries are great. The service is quick. The ambience was clean outside. They don't have inside to eat in. I always go back to get my burgers.

Got an order through Grubhub yesterday and got Norovirus not 12 hours later. I tried to call and tell them, and the manager just put the phone down and ignored me. Stay away from here because you'll end up sick, and the customer service sucks. Calling corporate tomorrow. Seriously, since 2am, I've been fighting a mass exodus on both ends. I'm also Diabetic so this is a nightmare. As an aside, they got my order wrong. You can see what I ordered. I received a burger smothered in mayo with tomato. I spent my last $20, so I scraped as much mayo off as possible, but it wasn't edible. I did eat the fries and shake so. I'm a mostly housebound disabled vet, so this was my only zontact with people for a couple weeks.

Did you know that Good Times had a veggie "burger"? Me neither. Came today just for some wild fries and a black bean burger had been added to the menu so I took the bait. You can add cheese to the "Black Bean Veg Head Burger" , either Amercian or Swiss. The burger looks pretty good and very like a normal hamburger. It's VERY black bean-ey and somewhat mushy. Over all it was worth eating and is probably healthier than a "fake meat" patty, but obviously don't quote me on that. The thing lacking was flavor, maybe it needs a dash of paprika, salt and liquid smoke to bring it up to where it needs to be, all of the other components of the burger were great tasting and fresh and as usual the wild fries were scrumptious!Question: Why was it wrapped in tin foil? Seems wasteful and felt weird to hold while eating.

Friendly service, but food was below average. Bacon cheeseburger had a tiny patty on it, waffle fries had no seasoning/salt, and Macncheese was completely flavorless, no cheese or salt... very strange just plain noodles with barely any sauce. Maybe their ice cream is good but the food was a 3 out of 10

First time trying Good Times and will not return. Took the lid off my Mac n cheese, pull out a spoonful and there was a big hair. Whole thing ruined without even trying it. So gross.

Overall, Good Times is a pretty good fast food burger place. It's quick, tasty, and reasonably priced. My only hiccup with Good Times - the burgers are beyond messy. I don't ever add anything extra to my burger, but it always seems to fall apart and make a huge mess. It won't stop me from going to Good Times - it'll just stop me from eating in my car.

I have been going to Good Times for almost 15 years. I ordered a chicken sandwich and an iced tea. I got home and there wasn't a bun, everything else but no bun. I called Good Times spoke to a so called manager. He said I ordered the sandwich without a bun. I told him I did not. He argued and was extremely rude. He said to bring the food back and I said I wouldn't. He mumbled a few other words and said I'm busy. Really Good Times? This is how you train your employees? You have lost a customer. Word of mouth spreads people.I will be contacting Corporate in Golden, Monday 1/3/2025

Been awhile since I have been to good times and I usually went for breakfast burritos but went to lunch there for a treat... the onion rings are the best I have had in a long while. I would say it was the best fast food burger too with real fresh tasting meat and veggies. I also splurged for a blackberry shake which was awesome. I was very hungry having missed breakfast so it hit the spot really well. The only things I would caution is there was a long line for food (but worth it) and the guacamole on the burger was a little spicy for me but I am a wuss. If you are also low on the acceptable spicy meter just fyi. It wasn't too spicy that I wasn't able to eat it though. And there was a lot of onion rings so if you are only a little hungry you might want to get a smaller burger. Overall definitely a good experience.

don't go the location at the safeway on mississippi and buckley; they will still your card number and charge orders on it.i go to good times probably twice a year, i just when to this location on may 15th, today this morning on may 19th there was a new charge on my debit card.i called the manager at the location and he was rude and told me to call my bank; my question to him was there were only two people who have handle my card, and it was me and their employee.the guy who took my card information is a young black guy.stay away from this place !
