Glacier Homemade Ice Cream & Gelato

We first fell in love with Glacier at the Englewood location, and when we moved to Castle Rock a few years ago we were thrilled to see we had one here!All of our out of state visitors request we stop here at least once during their visits!Because they rotate flavors, you can't always count on your favorites being in stock on any given visit, but then you get a chance to try another one of their amazing flavors! Banana pudding and salted caramel Oreo are amazing. The texture is so smooth. We also appreciate the punch cards to earn free ice cream! Keeps us loyal.

I got here later in the day and they were low on a few gelato options. I ended up with a salted Oreo milkshake that was great and had a ton of prep flavor, it was a good choice and I'd get it again. The large vs small shake is only like a dollar difference for an extra eight ounces, but I wasn't up for that much sugar at once.There is a water station with napkins there as well. The staff was friendly and the place was packed.

Great place to finish off a hot day!Gelato Is a must! Got the mixed berry and was so refreshing!Friendly staff and don't give up if the line is long, it goes fast!

This ice cream is on the first floor of Riverwalk Apartments. Such a nice surprise! I got the rocky road which is my favorite ice cream and it was so good. Amazing end to my day!The service was prompt and friendly and the vibe was low key and welcoming. Definitely hope to be in the area again soon to try more of their flavors!

We absolutely love glacier! They have something for the whole family and my girls always love their flavors! The staff is always friendly and courteous as well! My girls would go every week if we'd let them! It's also fun to get to sit outside in the summer!

Fantastic cute little spot in downtown Castle Rock. Tons of killer "homemade" flavors, sundaes, shakes, etc. Top shelf prices but worth it for the quality and kind employees. #supportlocal and hit up Glacier Ice Cream.

Glacier is the best ice cream in town.The people that work their are always so nice.The "bear tracks" is probably my favorite ice cream that I've ever had.Writing this review is giving me a craving...I might have to go to Glacier tomorrow.

This is such a fun find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ice cream (did not fry the gelato yet but it looked Ike's amazing) was so delicious. It's located in downtown Castle Rock and definitely has the hometown vibe. They have a cool roll up door to bring I the fresh Colorado air. Highly recommend.

This place is too cute & dangerousy close to all the dinner restaurants we frequent. On a gloriously warm Saturday around 6PM the line was long but the staff were working nonstop.I like having the choice of gelato or regular ice cream. There's some traditional flavors & unique choices mixed in. The only bummer was that a lot of flavors were out & while they had more in the back, it needed time to defrost. I'm not sure if they need 1 more employee on busy weekends, but there shouldn't be that many flavors out at prime time.

Always in the mood for ice cream, we stopped at this place because it had great reviews. We DIDN'T realize the massive selection of both ice creams and gelatos that were available! I had the coffee chocolate chip gelato and my husband had a scoop of coconut (Oh my word!) and raspberry chocolate chip. They were both superb!
