GFL Pizza

Have to update this review. Guy is just stepping up his game every time I get a new pizza. The flavor is off the charts with the ricotta and Calabrian peppers. Ask for the pizza a little crispy to get that perfect crust. Amazing stuff and no one in Loveland comes close to GFL!

Awesome cook, crispy crust and great ingredients. Hits all the spots. When is the brick and mortar location coming? If you can do this in a truck, look out.

I've lived in the NYC area a good portion of my life and this is the closest Ive found to authentic east coast pizza. From the crispy bottom to the "right" cheese and sauce flavor and consistency, it is clear this is the real deal. When I take a bite and close my eyes it brings me back to favs like Sal and Carmines in the UWS or Capriccios in Croton on Hudson. Pairs perfectly with beer and an incredible value considering what others charge for mediocre pizza these days. If you like pizza and havent tried GFL, you're missing out.

Best pizza in Loveland. Great crust. Fresh sauce. Pepperoni was old school. Loved it and will definitely go back.

I've been in Fort Collins for 20 years and have always wondered why we have such mediocre pizzaIn a college town. This man has his dough/ sauce down to a science. Fuck the rest go get the best. This is what pizza shbe, this is authentic Jersey/New York Pizza. The flavors were right on and my pepperoni slice was a nice size. This truck. Is usually parked by a brewery and it pairs well with a beer. I wish the rest of the country could make this type of pizza

One of the best pizzas in Denver. At first I was a little taken back by the owner's east coast cockiness and pizza smugness, but his pizza won me over. His NY style crust has perfect thin crispiness with just the right amount of toppings and cheese. The sauce was just right too. Highly recommended.

Wow! Just Wow, drove by GFL today while he was at Jax and decided to grab a large pep. Some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this guy. Had a piping hot pizza ready for me in 20 mins. Go see him!
