Garbanzo

Food was good for the type of fast food it is. They make the pita from scratch and their hummus was really flavorful and not super gritty which I appreciated. Also generous portions. Extra star for portion and price. The service was so-so. Neither something to write home about but not awful. I felt like they could have been slightly more friendly but that's me being a privileged American previously working in the service industry ha. Where they lost a star: cleanliness and atmosphere was sub par. It was clean enough for me to want to eat still, but I'd never take anyone else here or meet for lunch. The place resembles a cafeteria with lots of mess behind the counter. I didn't stay to eat; I took my food to go.

Quick friendly service. Stopped in to get lunch to-go. Generous portions with the plate. Many options to choose from, some do cost extra (ie. hummus, mushrooms, feta) but the servers do let you know. Fresh pita is served on the side.

This is the 1st time I've been to a Garbanzo post covid, since all the other ones by me shut down. Things seem a lot different. Things seem scarce, but that's common now w fast casual places & rising food prices. With that said, but the flavor, value, and food hasn't. I got a chicken, pesto hummus, and babaganush laffe, and it was delicious!!! Not going to lie by the time I got there & decided where I was going to eat it made me super happy. This was a great flavorful protein packed laffe that tamed the hungry beast. It's great to see that Garbanzo is still around. This was always one of my favorite fast casual restaurants because it's not greasy, unhealthy food. It's the total opposite & I can still count on them for healthy good food fast. The lady who took my order was very friendly and quick with my order. She explained everything & told me all the options since it's been a while. Happy I found this one still open oll be back when I'm in the Park Meadows area.

Given inflation and the costs of fast food, this is now one of the best deal you can have for the money. Really good food at a reasonable price. Right there with other much more expensive Mediterranean places.

I came at an off time and the food was still really good. I wanted a healthier option than a burger. Great if you want to have vegetarian options. Food was fresh.

I haven't read yelp reviews on this place before, I guess if I had I would have been better prepared. I went to Garbanzo last night to eat there in person. In the past I've always done take-out. The place was filthy. Not a single clean table, the floor needed to be vacuumed, the drink machines were gross, etc. Clearly this is a problem they don't care about since I see a common thread in the reviews. They keep the forks, spoons and knives by the drink machines. All they had were knives out. For those of you who have been there you order in a assembly line set up, like subway. They were out of pickles when I ordered and low on a few other items. They had a lot of customers, but the way the place is being run/managed it looks like they are on a downward spiral. Too bad, I used to love this place.

I just paid $3 for a side of rice and this is what I got. Someone literally put this 1 scoop of rice into the container and said yep, that's perfect, let's send this order out.

If I could give 0* it would be that 1* is generous DO NOT ORDER FROM HEREOrdered on Uber eats and the whole order was wrong! The receipt was correct on the bag with everything we ordered on the app but all the food was wrong?Specifically ordered two falafel plates and received two chicken plates with random sides?I decided to call the restaurant and got declined 6 times until someone finally answered and she said"No speak English" which is fine I know some Spanish so I asked in Spanish if anyone else spoke English and she laughed and said no and hung upIt's a 30 minute drive to get there from where I am so I'm not going to go out of my way to go there and handle it in person.Waste of money and time Please if you look at these reviews on yelp before ordering from there DO NOT GO

The staff is a real deterrent for this location. This is my favorite fast food chain so I tried this location three times and each time they seemed extremely annoyed that I was there, even though the place was empty. Good thing we have CAVA in town. I will just have to eat this food at the airport only.

Very weird atmostphere and service. Feels like a family bought it and just doesn't care for It. Not a single work smile or genuine smile. No one speaks English and was very confused when I said give me a minute to figure out what I wanted to order. Once I started ordering she just rushed me through it and wouldn't give me a minute to look at the item and almost just put tatziki on my pita without me asking.Pita tasted good but just overall really bad ambiance. Not cleanly and not taken care of.
