Full Moon Saloon

I was excited to try to newly re-opened location that was formerly the Sawmill. The inside has had some modifications to make it a friendlier atmosphere, including the addition of a stage where the private room used to be. It looks good!The impressiveness ends there, though. There were three employees behind the bar and none of them greeted us. Maybe they were busy, I thought. After 5 minutes I motioned with a smile and the bartender said to give her a minute. Ten minutes later and the guy next me made a comment and left since he hadn't been helped either. We waited five more minutes and took off. None of the three employees noticed.It's disappointing to look forward to an improvement to a place my friends and I would go multiple times a week and see it turn into this. Maybe they'll get it straightened out, but I would go elsewhere in the meantime

Absolutely love going to the Full Moon Saloon. The Cowboy Quesadilla is outstanding...one of my favorite items. Service is always great and we enjoy the live bands on Saturday night. So much fun dancing and listening to different genres. Highly recommend a date night!!!

Wow, seems like a whole lot of out of state folks are reviewing this place. I for one enjoy Full Moon Saloon. They have something for everyone. If you're not into live bands, don't come on Saturdays, if you're not into karaoke, don't come on Friday nights! If you're not into families enjoying a little time out together, you got issues! My husband and I frequent this place and the staff has always been friendly - overworked at the beginning, maybe... but you can tell they've worked hard to get it all figured out. As far as the food goes, I think they serve a pretty good burger and my husband loves the Green Chili and Tortilla entree. I also like the nachos, wedge salad, cowboy quesadilla and spinach dip. We typically go to see the bands play and have a few drinks so having the option to order a meal is definitely a plus - a lot of places nowadays don't even have "kitchens", consequently relying on food trucks. They've done a nice job booking a variety of bands, the karaoke crowd seems to be super friendly and supportive of one another. And it appears the folks into country are serious about their line dancing so it's great they can offer that for free...All in all I think it's a great hang out for locals - those who don't mind sharing the space!

Beautiful space with good food and friendly staff. Dancing, drinks and good times. Will Definitely come back!

A second review is needed cause seems like things aren't great yet. From an Elizabeth Resident!!!! Went in at 5:45 pm on a Saturday evening. Bar had a few open seats, there were 4 tables of people. Didn't get our drink orders taken til 6:10 after just sitting bouncing our IDs on the table looking around for 10-15 minutes. And it was the owner who took our drink order cause none of the 3 waits staff noticed us. Finished those drinks before a waitress finally came over to take our order. Had apps there from one waitress, but ordered dinner from another to-go cause service was awful. Also after awful the service, the waitress didn't bring back my change, I guess she assumed it was a tip.... I didn't plan to tip cause the service was awful, but also didn't feel as tho she was our only waiter? I truly wish I would've asked her for it back. Imma just cause the scene next time.

lunch, been there a couple times now. food is mediocre at best and way to expensive for the quality. To bad, we could use a nice place to grab a burger and beer. Bar Friday nights. I have also been there twice to check it out. Food not good beer and drink way overpriced. atmosphere is ear bleeding loud. can't talk to anyone. entertainment, Friday night I go to a " bar " to relax with friends. it's a bar. not a kid zone. They have children in dancing and singing karaoke. I'm ok with kids durning dinner hours but at some point it's time to cut them off. It's not my idea of a country bar. thanks but won't be back.

Not impressed. Have been here several times, food is mediocre and way overpriced... plus they upcharge 4% to use a credit card. Poor service, although the staff is nice enough. They may be overworked or understaffed, not sure. Music too loud to chat with friends. Unlikely to be back.

It has been amazing with the new owners. Eddie and his wife Renee. They are hands on owners! They get involved ! Please feel free to come in and meet them!

I love this place. The food is great and always served hot. I enjoy the nightly entertainment. My wife and I and others are getting free country line dance lessons there on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also different bands play there weekly. Not to mention the best karaoke singers I have ever heard...

I would welcome the new ownership to reach out for private feedback on our experience at this "new" place. We are always hoping for new options in this small community, but based on tonight's experience we will probably not be back. Service and food could have been much better. Atmosphere is very loud (harsh). We would be happy to give constructive feedback to the new owners if they are interested in improving the experience for all new customers. We wish them the best and hope this new venture is successful.
