My in-laws are BIG fans of this place, so we went during our last visit.Food: Either Sushi OR Hibachi, not both. We did and had way too much food, but it made for great leftovers. You can't go wrong with any of the Hibachi options - I had the Steak & Shrimp with Fried Rice and was satisfied. Definitely get the Spicy Edamame - Yum! My husband ordered the sushi, so I'm not sure what we had exactly, but it was tasty!Staff: Our chef was fun! One of the servers accidentally poured water on my sister-in-law but was extremely apologetic.Ambiance: There were a lot of birthdays being celebrated, so definitely a great place for bigger groups and special occasions.We'll be back!

This place has now ruined two special events that we made reservations for. They lie and say they have availability but you will end up spending hours there. And the food and atmosphere are not worth that.

Great show and food! Tonight we enjoyed our new years eve dinner and performance. Per usual enjoyed a delicious meal of fried rice, hibachi shrimp and steak. Cooked to perfection! Prices are much better than other well known hibachi restaurants. A forgotten gem in Highlands Ranch

We came here for our friend's birthday dinner and as always it was so much fun and the food tasted amazing! We did have a big party so we had to wait a little bit but got seated pretty quick. Our hibachi guy was awesome too and made the experience so much fun! He did several flame moves too while he was prepping the food! I had the filet mignon and chicken and wow were both prepared perfectly and were super juicy. Everyone else loved their choices as well and as always the leftovers were amazing too! There were several other birthdays too when we were here as well. Overall we had an awesome experience here and I always love it!

Good experience with the staff. Hostess sat us right away, the dining room was empty, except one other table. The hibachi side had more people. The ambiance in the restaurant was okay, something feels a bit off, huge walls with circular cutouts but no decor on the walls. Dining room furniture was well worn, could see tape on several chairs. We went in about 1.5 hours before closing and the dining room was dirty, a lot of rice on the dining room floor. Server greeted us promptly and was friendly. The food was okay, it was nothing extraordinary. The sushi (Ahi) had a slightly fishy aftertaste. The filet was cooked perfectly, and my husband enjoyed his scallops and chicken breast that came with his hibachi meal. The fried rice was not great, a bit dry and they went heavy on the sesame oil, no other real flavor. Same with the Hibachi Soup, very light onion flavor and not nearly enough salt. The ginger dressing on the salad was quite tasty. Will return eventually, but it wasn't so incredible that we want to go back asap.

I had a great experience at Fujiyama! I went to a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted and seated immediately. The restaurant is large and clean. The server was prompt and polite, along with the rest of the staff.I ordered a hot green tea and spring rolls to begin. The spring rolls were crispy and flaky on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside. They were delicious! I ordered three rolls to share. Rock n' Roll, was actually very large. They had a liter flavor, with a little crisp, and a small amount of spice. Crunchy Spicy Scallop Roll was simple in flavor, a little bit chewy, and slightly spicy. Baja California Roll was my favorite of the three. It was just a spicier California roll, with spicy mayo. The cucumber cut the spice nicely. I plan to go back to this restaurant and recommend!

For years we stupidly have sent business here, and ordered take out because to dine in is mere chaos. The staff is rude (especially the hostess booth) and it's just old. Their average rating is three stars... not sure why they don't step up their game.

This restaurant has been a staple for birthdays in our family but sadly we won't be back. During our meal my mom almost swallowed a piece of wire from their scrub pads that had made it in to the food- it literally cut her mouth. Upon further inspection of every plate after there was also a wire piece on my 5yo son's plate. We all felt nervous to keep eating because that can literally kill someone and wire cleaning utensils SHOULD NOT be used in restaurants. The staff really didn't seem to care either. The entire restaurant from entry to restroom and table was filthy. The Birthday celebrate was abysmal- none of the lights worked and we sat in darkness. There was also very vulgar and explicit music playing the entire dinner. Needless to say we absolutely will not be back.
