I had a great time here, and my review might be more reflective of the experience rather than the actual food, although that was good too.We came in with a reservation, and they confirmed and were promptly seated. We got seated at the hibachi area, and had time before the chef arrived to think about what we wanted. With so many possibilities, this was really appreciated. Once the chef arrived, the fun began. We had an assortment of ages, and everyone had a smile on their face. The chef was great, and even had some fun tricks for the kids and adults. It was a really fun experience and the food was good too. The team made sure any dietary restrictions or preference were taken care of. If you ordered a refillable drink, they came with refills. I really liked the sauce they served on the side, it was delicious. Seeing the smile of my companion throughout the night easily made this a 5 star time.

A nice Hibachi restaurant without the same ambience as some of the other more well known options in this category of dining experience. It is set in a strip mall and very much has that feel inside. It is clean and well decorated but not romantic or fancy feeling. However the price is on par with those restaurants that do have that feeling. The servers and grill chef are all very good at what they do and the dinner show is entertaining. The chef involves everyone at the table to their comfort level. The food was good but soy sauce heavy in my opinion and the portions are ok though they fill you with rice and noodles so the steak/shrimp/chicken portions are smaller. I understand you pay for the experience here but it is EXPENSIVE. I would like to feel that in the ambiance of the place too when shelling out a couple hundred bucks for dinner.

First time visiting a Habachi restaurant in my life, and it was very good! Our Habachi chef did everything I expected, food toss, the onion volcano & kept us laughing & amused! We had a party of 6, celebrating 3 birthdays for the month, mine included & the staff at Fuji made us feel welcome & entertained! Everything we ate was cooked right in front of us & was extremely fresh. We sampled chicken, steak, filet mignon, shrimp, salmon & scallops & each was cooked to perfection. I was excited to try the fried rice, which I always heard about & it did not disappoint! We also got fried noodles with our dinners & they were equally as good! The veggies were put on the grill first, and they were crunchy, yet cooked entirely & were excellent! As much as I love sushi, it was all Habachi for us tonight, and as I said, it did not disappoint! They even gave us 3 birthday desserts & equally as impressive as they were good! You definitely get a great value for your buck, as we all brought home lunches for the following day, so yeah, it was a great time to be had by all! The Fuji Habachi & Sushi Restaurant is definitely a destination place, but I'm sure everything is good, including apps, everything from the kitchen & sushi! So if you are celebrating a special occasion, you should definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

We have been here twice now. The hibachi show was so dazzling that it convinced our four year old to TRY and then LOVE all the veggies. The pickiest eater ever loved loved loved it. I know hibachi is kitschy and the show is basically the same every time but it's fun and delish. I am a fan. The first time we went, we had the tall white dude who was full of subtle hilarious jokes. This time, we had a very kid-friendly man who made sure our kids got small, bite-sized pieces and who really seemed to care that we had a good time. We ordered the honey cake to take home and it was WELL worth the $7. Small but warm and soooo good. This place is BUSY so make a reservation and expect that you'll have to wait even if you get a table. It took a good 2 hours even though we had a reservation and ate fast. I think they might have been understaffed chef-wise. Our guy cooked all the things at once instead of rice, then noodles, then protein. Still delish.

Great place, not too different from all other hibachi places I've been to but we had great service and a fun chef. The food was great and they had a great selection of protein available.

Best hibachi place we have found so far in Denver. Everything was very good including our sushi roll as an app. The filet was amazing and tender and was the best part! I had yummy leftovers as well! They made me feel very special on my birthday and even brought out a free desert! My only complaint was the service (outside of the hibachi) experience was a bit slow and sometimes it was hard for them to understand our requests.

We hadn't been to a hibachi restaurant in decades and decided to check out Fuji hibachi. Ordered a steak and salmon platter along with a veggie plate and everything tasted great. The steak was seasoned well and cooked to a medium rare and all the side dishes were delicious. The family next to us requested a "diablo" sauce which was basically a spicy chutney that was great on the rice and pasta.

We were visiting Colorado for family gathering but needed to find a place before going. Found this place after searching for an open place on Christmas eve. This day they only had dinner menu at lunch. They had sushi bar, teppan, or table seating. We did table. I ordered the salmon teriyaki bento box. Got miso soup first. I don't think they use a broth base more just water with miso. The salmon was good. The California roll was good. My only complaint is they use a different rice for the box then for the sushi.
