Fringe A Well-Tapped Eatery

$50 for 2 pizzas that are small and weigh as light as a feather?! No thank you. As soon as I felt how light the 2 pizza boxes were, I knew we were in trouble. The pizzas were so small, we had to make more food so we wouldn't be starving later in the night. We got the margarita and dop pizzas--they were so salty and the crust was so flimsy and thin. I like thin crusts, but this was too thin for my liking. I also asked for extra basil on the margarita pizza, but instead, they just provided us with a skimpy amount. The whole meal was honestly really sad and disappointing. I honestly don't get how this pizza joint is rated so highly. I've had better at Sam's Club, Costco, or other pizzerias. Don't waste your $$ here for a sad looking pizza that tastes sub par and salty.

I went to Fringe for the first time with a couple of friends and I really enjoyed the food. We had a cooked squash, burrata appetizer and then we each has a pizza. I ordered the fungi with sausage pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and opens out to a balcony where we sat. The service was top notch, the prices reasonable and overall just a great eating experience. You should check them out.

After reading all the reviews we thought that we would try this place and did takeout. Whoa, the pizza's are individual sized and not worth the money--no way and the taste was just marginal. We were beyond surprised at the audacity to charge so much for so little.

This restaurant claims to be a wine bar; however, of the wines offered by the glass, the pinot noir was undrinkable. One of the worst wines I have ever been served in a restaurant. The gluten free pizza was terrible as well. They use a reputable brand but then ruined it and made it soggy and limp. The gimmick of using lamb for pepperoni does not magically improve a bad pizza. Especially one small basic pizza that costs $32.

Psyched to visit Fringe's dine in location! (I've been a fan since their Gunbarrel days) Between the lamb pepperoni, melt in your mouth meatballs and black pepper ice cream our tastebuds were surprised and delighted with every bite! Highly recommend this spot for a yummy bite with a wide choice of toppings, vino and brews!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Wow was it good! We got three pizzas and two appetizers. Everything was EXCELLENT! Service and food were awesome! We got the Brussel sprout and the squash and beet appetizers. Both were very good, but the pizzas were the stars. We got a chicken pesto, margarita, and a hot honey with peperoni and pickled onion. All three were so good I'm stuffed. I wish we lived here so we could come back again soon.

SERIOUSLY, GO CUT YOUR PIZZA & ENJOY!It's been a little over a month since we've been back to Fringe A Well-Tapped Eatery and they've only gotten better. Again, we were greeted and waited on by Bliss, who was and is absolutely fantastic at her job!We opted for no beers this time, as we were headed for a hike, but they had a great selection of local Boulder County and Denver breweries. We had the Canadian & Sweet Heat. Both, delicious and gobbled up. However, The Sweet Heat won our hearts, yet again! It's absolutely the pizza you should try if you are just ordering one. Next time, we decided we will be ordering the Sweet Heat and trying an appetizer/salad. I'll report back when we do! Overall, we had an amazing lunch! We love the vibe of Fringe and still want to become regulars.

Mmmargartia Pizza. Everything so good. Friendly service. Fantastic mosaic tile work in restrooms :-) Highly recommended. Enjoy.

Absolutely delicious. I've never had a peach + arugula + pesto pizza and I will now crave it always. Also, arancini and burrata were incredible.

Such thoughtful service. Truly unbelievable. The manager and waiter were so attentive, warm, responsive, funny, and kind. Can't say enough. Plus food is always magnificent, every item I try. Wish gluten free dairy free wasn't so outrageously expensive, but good people and good food.
