So I received an email apologizing for the bad experience. The entire email blamed everyone except their service. The driver sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes. They have a way to order extra condiments. 1. I am not going to blame the driver for 10 minutes. I am thinking 10 minutes would not have made all my food cold. 2. I think if there was a way to order extra condiments I would have been given whatever they wanted to toss in the bag. 3. I don't want your reward for another combo. I will take my losses, I took a chance to get an edible enjoyable meal and it didn't work out.

So earlier I came by and the shake I ordered wasn't right. So I called and they were very Apologetic remade it and gave me a free Kuster treat card and amazing here in I totally recommend this restaurant great customer service and Dallas the manager was great and very helpful

Terrible service and terrible customer service. I made an order with the mobile app and drove to the location to pick it up. Upon arriving home and tearing open the sealed bag, I found there were no napkins, no straws, no dipping sauces, and one of the main entrees was missing. I called the store to see if they could make it right. They said all they could do was mail me a coupon. For a $50 meal, that's insulting. They said that was all they could do, and refused to do anything else to make it right. Avoid this location!!!

2 times in a row of ordering food from here, once online, once in person, and they forget to put sauce in the bag each time, something that shows up and is paid for on my receipt, it's little things like forgetting to put sauce in a bag that makes me upset with the service at this establishment.

I ordered a hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. Onion rings and an orange -vanilla drink. I was only customer. Got hamburger with yucky relish, not pickles. No tomato. No onion rings. Got fries i did not want. Waited about 8 more minutes for onion rings and still had no drink. Asked 3 times. Hamburger was cold by then and i had.to scrape off relish. Worst experience.
