The service at this location is absolutely awful! I dealt with a rude girl in the drive thru. She was very rude to me at the window. The food is awful and they don't even fill the containers the way they are supposed to. As a former employee of Freddys this is absolutely terrible service and training

I've been another Freddy's before the COVID thing and always dined in. This time I had no choice but to use the drive-through. The biggest problem I have is the menu...which is great when you're dining in and have time to look at it but at the drive-through there are lots of people patiently waiting their turn to order so there's not ample time to look at all the options available. The menu print is small and not organized well.We felt super rushed and just kept it simple with the basic Freddy's burger, fries. custard, and one drink. It was almost $20. Not cheap.The young lady who took the order was as cheerful as can be and the gentleman who handed us our order was also very nice and customer service oriented. When we pulled out to the parking lot to start eating we realized they forgot to give us our drink. We had to go back through the drive-through to get it. Bummer. They were apologetic about it and gave us an extra soda for free. That was nice. Freddy's is not set up for people to eat in the car. It would be nice if they'd come up with something for people who eat in the car like In-N-Out Burger does. Freddy's burgers are OK, not great. Not really worth the premium price. They are messy, the patties are thin and dry. Not horrible though. Not saying I'd never eat another one, but I won't go out of my way to get one.

Uh O!! Fish sandwich was scrumptious but didn't sit well with me. 30 mins after consumption, was not a good time for me. Luckily, the bathroom was clean and well stocked. I was first in line that day and service was excellent. Will probably be back after time passes. There is plenty of seating in and out of the restaurant. Al Fresca dining is a thing here. It's completely self seating and self serve drinks and condiments. I recommend the burgers, fries and desserts. Good for small groups and the music is consistent as in it is a variation of genres but all same genres in a shift. I have a enjoyed this location for over a year and expect to give more stars in the future. I hope you enjoy your experience.

Been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and they completely butchered my order all 3 times. There's 10 or so customers in there every time I'm there and nobody ever has any food. LOL. Bunch of moron high school kids handling everything. Doesn't seem to be a manager with even half a brain to be found anywhere. Food is decent, wayyyy over priced and you're gonna wait 20 plus mins for your meal.

I would like to write about today's visit, I just can't stand it anymore, the girl who works there is constantly rude not only to me but also to other clients, I wanted to get my free potatoes, to which she rolled her eyes and answered me that I don't understand her, I They gave me the food and I noticed that it felt like half of my potatoes were eaten by napkins, she just threw me a bag along with a crumpled check, I ask you to take action against this girl (with purple hair) and understand that you don't need to talk to customers like that

Food was fine service was terrible, perfect place for teens to get their job, but please help these guys understand the job they need to do came through the five through 3 times to make the order correct. It seems like after dinner hours are done, all mature people go home and leave the stores to immature employees that don't take it seriously. We pay a lot for not good service. Go the the northern joint much better.
