Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This place is filthy. Broken dispensers in the bathrooms. Grease all over floors, tables and doors. Management is lacking.

This is usually one of my favorite places but lately they seem to be changing. Went today and found out the onion rings are pretty pricey. Got the equivalent 10 rings for roughly 30 cents per each. Probably skip that next time

The cheese curds are great (I mean I prefer the fries but I've never had cheese curds at a fast food joint, these are great) and the bacon double burger is da bomb!!! Lol I did hear one of the girls working drive thru say "chick fil a is better" on the speaker as I was pulling up. I think it was cause I was pulling up at 6:30 and there was no one there haha. Oh well, I get wanting to go home and relax so I'm not worried about it

The food is always good. I walked around the dinning room and the tables need cleaning.Clean the place up I love the food.

Meh.... wasn't impressed for my first visit here and wish I was. Freddy's is one of the top restaurant franchise opportunities so I expected more I guess? My friend and I were craving something sweet on a Sunday afternoon and looked on Yelp to find something new. I love frozen custard and immediately was excited to try this place out. The location was about 5 miles from her house so the following formula is what I expected: known for frozen custard + 10 mile round trip pickup + total price = worth it right? I placed the order online which was a bit difficult to maneuver when trying to decide what kind of custard you want. Need to make it simple - it took forever to get my order right for 3 custards by adding toppings. We also wanted to try the cheese curds and chili cheese fries so once I finally ordered, the app said 15 minutes for pickup so I gathered my stuff and took off since it would take that long to drive one way. First off, this location is extremely hard to get in the parking lot. I missed it the first time because I didn't realize there was only one opening to turn in about 1000 feet west of where the building sits. Second, there isn't signage anywhere for pickup other than for Grubhub and Uber Eats so I waited in the dine in line with the other customers. 3rd - the order wasn't ready and the custard machine was about on its last leg so all of the items were like soup. The cheese curds were cold and the fries not good at all. I hope things get better at this location but don't think I will ever be back.

They steal your money and don't care, then refuse service. Went to order a meal that showed $11.79 after placing my order I was told the amount was $13 and some change. I asked what the meal total was before tax and I was told it was $12.89 before tax yet the menu board said it was $11.79. I told the cashier that they can change the price to the correct amount listed on the menu and she said she couldn't. I asked her why and she said the new prices are in the mail. I asked her to change it and she said no. I asked her why and she told me I could go and get the prices at FedEx. What in the world is wrong here???I called the store before reporting to the State Attorney General. I asked for the manager and was told that was who was talking. I explained the situation and ge said he is already aware. I asked what van be done to resolve the matter before contacting the Attorney General of CO. He hung up on me. I called back and was hung up in again. What unprofessional, unpleasant and disappointing service. I can't believe they couldn't correct the situation for a few dollars. They just needed to correct the price to the advertised price listed on the menu. But instead said that I could go to Fed Ex and pick up their advertising signs to get the correct price. Before reporting I did try and look them up on the BBB and looks like they don't even keep that updated. Disappointing. I will never eat here again. Steal from your customers and don't expect them to come back. I asked the cashier again ro change the price to the correct one listed on the menu and she said she will just refuse service. I will make sure to contact the State as well to report this false advertising and make sure they fine you all. Try and steal my my money and see what happens. Don't ever eat here. The service is bad and they don't care if they are stealing your money or not. No need to contact me. You already lost out on my business. Yall can deal with the AG for CO at this point. Anyone who is being told to pay a higher amount than what is advertised on their menu should file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General. Easy to do and it keeps their false advertising at bay. I wish I could post with no stars. Cause they don't deserve a single star.

I'm being generous with 4 stars, luckily my food was grilled because the kid with anime pins on his hat, was refilling ice cream toppings, and spilling them onto a counter, then putting them in the bin instead of throwing all of it what touched the counter away.Hopefully the counter was clean.

We stopped @ Freddy's for dinner on 5/14. Andy was busy making sundaes & was not about to be delayed by a customer. I asked for the bathroom code & he didn't turn around - but said it facing away from us. RUDE. I asked again & he eventually turned around.Nya came over & waited on us. She was new but was trying really hard. There was not interrupting Andy for assistance. She was finally able to get his attention for help with our order. She apologized but she didn't need to. It was not her fault!Andy needs to attend more training classes & learn how to treat customers! We won't be back.

Have gone to Freddy's for many years and always felt they had a very good burger. But things have changed! Had a burger today and it was the worst burger I have ever had. They had rolled it out to a VERY thin piece of flavorless meat. The price was considerably higher. I was very disappointed and will not be stopping there again.

Food is fine but the restaurant is never clean. The dining area is always an absolute mess. I'd hate to see behind the counter if they'll let the public areas get that dirty.
