Fort Greene

I've been meaning to write this for a while. I have been bugging my husband to come here. He finally took me and exceeded my expectations. Eleanor the owner was very sweet. I commented on the incense that was burning and she gave me two to take home. Who does that? She also recommended a cocktail in a can that I absolutely loved . I don't think you get this kind of service in a corporate establishment. That's why I love. Places like this I will definitely be going back and telling people I already have. Lovely night out for the moms social club at Fort Greene. This cute little bar is all about the girl vibes. It's pretty hidden to the average joe, but isn't that part of it's allure?! Especially when having a girls night out with no boys allowed? We went to a mom meetup dance party and were able to relax in the back room, or dance our faces off in the front. A little something for everyone. The drinks were delicious and well priced. Looking forward to the next one!

We went to Fort Greene on a Saturday night around 11:30, and we didn't have to pay a cover. A DJ was performing, and the bar had plenty of people dancing, but it wasn't too crowded--it was just right. What makes this bar stand out is its decor: hanging plants, hanging paper decorations, lit candles, books, a piano, interesting art, retro furniture, etc. There are a few different rooms to choose from, plus an outdoor patio. The vibes here were very cool, and people were dressed in a funky way. I'd recommend this place for a night out!

Fort Greene is a great, inclusive cocktail bar in Globeville. Its friendly bartenders serve up strong cocktails in an eclectic setting. Paper poppies hang from the ceiling in the main room to match the beautiful red lamps over the bar. If you want to venture in further, there are other rooms with couches and skeletons of old tv sets, wicker chairs in a room with lights that look like floating clouds, or their patio. Super cool, chill place to grab a drink and hang out.

The drinks were a bit expensive, and poured right out of a pre-mixed container, but they were incredible. The space seems simple at first, but building has small pockets for people to sit in throughout, and a back patio area with live DJ that was spinning it up with drum and bass even at 8pm. Really enjoyed the vibe, and will certainly go again if I'm looking for drinks back in the area.

The perfect mesh for dive bar beers or if you prefer upscale cocktails. This place will make you feel like you're stealing booze and hiding in your grandma's basement with your cousins during a horrible yet fun family reunion

One of my favorite bars in Denver. I feel perpetually uncool here, which I think is a sign of a good bar, imho. Super rad ambiance, good drinks, extremely cool bartenders, and usually a nice chill vibe.

We had our wedding reception here and it was PERFECT. The owner was accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The people who worked our event were very kind and helpful. The night was amazing and we are forever grateful!!!!!
