Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

If you make a reservation on Valentine's Day, be prepared to still wait awhile. Place was packed and overbooked and we waited about 30 minutes past our reservation. Once we were seated, service and food was great. Despite how busy it was, never once did we feel rushed along or anything. The salad bar selections were all fresh and delicious. Some of the meat seemed pretty inconsistently cooked but flavor was still great.

I frequent Fogo often and I felt that this location was lacking a few things for me. I noticed this location did not have a few fruit salads, more fruit selections, and the dry rice powder topping for the Feijoada I'm used to seeing at others.Meat rotations felt a bit slow today, sometimes the servers would skip over tables. I had to ask for certain meats to come again since they took a while to rotate.Staff was all friendly and had a good experience in that sense. Ambiance was clean and elegant. Parking is ample and easy in the mall and free

I have wanted to eat at Fogo de Chao for years - just never got around to it when I was near one. Now that I live closer to one- I made it a priority. So this date night we figure let's go. We arrived & parking is weird so we Valet parked. Turns out they validate valet so that's a plus! We arrived around 2:30 & we're seated immediately by a kind & gracious host. I immediately stepped away for a bathroom break (very clean btw & the bathroom also smelled good). When I came back our server appeared within the next 5min. He was kind but very soft spoken so he was hard to hear. Once he explained how it works (we chose churrasco experience $48/person) so we are off to a good start. We headed to the salad area & to our surprise it was underwhelming. A lot of unfamiliar dishes and more than a few didn't have a name or description. Same with the soup.. it was a coconut squash soup I believe (I tried it) but no where was there the name or item description. Also a lot of the food items looked like they had been out a while (so unappealing) & the fruit was under ripe & not a lot of fruit there. They had a prosciutto board with 2 cheeses on it & capers/mustard/onion & smoked salmon there, caprese salad (underrripe tomato tasted like nothing) Honestly it was just lacking. So we headed back to our table & it took a while for the meat to come around. We were seated at a window & they just kept circulating in the middle of the room (awkward) and when they finally came over they gave such small portions & the meat was either under seasoned or over seasoned with big salt flakes (odd & unappetizing) we tried the chicken thighs (cooked DRY), three types of steak (flank being the best) lamb, pork sausage (I didn't like it), grilled pineapple (yum!) & the chicken & steak in bacon (dry & the bacon was raw in between the chunks) Overall just honestly the biggest let down I've had in a long time restaurant wise. The best part of my meal was the salad I made at the salad bar (& I will say they have one of the best whiskey sours I've ever tasted) & my whiskey sour. The rest of it was not to my liking taste wise & service was only ok, and it was just a very underwhelming experience and I love upscale steak houses!. I've never had Brazilian food before & I probably wouldn't try it again.

The food here is so good! I loved the experience of the Churrasco meal where you get to try all the meats. They just keep it coming. Our server Faith was so sweet and welcoming. We also had, what I think was a manager named Jesus, ask us how was our experience? He was also very friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the Park Meadows area. The experience is totally worth it.

It's a Brazilian Steakhouse, lots of meats, full belly, and a few things you may not have tried before. A fun experience and for the lunch value, it's well worth the visit. We went here for a birthday and anniversary celebration. It was a really fun experience! We found several items we really enjoyed and there were a few that were underwhelming. But our plates were full, and we were able to try so many different foods! Once we narrowed down what we liked, we were able to request it and get more! The service was pretty good! Our server was knowledgeable and directed us to drinks that we both really enjoyed. She was attentive to us throughout our meal and made sure our drinks remained full! The dining room is really well done. During the day there was lots of light, there is an outdoor patio, and lots of indoor seating. It has a nice ambiance that is great for anniversary, birthday, or even just going on a "fancy" dinner date. We really enjoyed this experience and would go again!

The restaurant is beautiful and the entire staff is very considerate and polite. I had absolutely no complaints with the service of our waiter Brandon, I would recommend that anyone ask to be seated within his section. The food is beyond excellent and just adds onto the list of reasons that I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I mean WOW. we've gone to the Denver location and were less than impressed but it's my birthday and my husband surprised me because he knows I love lamb chops. Brandon was our server and OMG he made sure they kept the lamb chops coming. The flavor was so perfect! Oh and the dirty martini and pineapple manhattan were to die for!!! We are overjoyed by our experience here and will absolutely be back!

Julia is the best! Such a nice server and gave unlimited cheese bread! 10/10 would go again!

The service was great! No wait :) Our Waiter Morrigan was very attentive. We participated in the experience and enjoyed the verity of meet along with the quality buffet. We plan on coming back! The only part of the experience that was not favorable for me, was the set up, it felt like community seating.
