Flights Wine Cafe

We had no plans last weekend so decided to drive over to Arvada and check it out. We thought they were taking down from their second Saturday event so we wandered around and found this wine cafe just a block or so off the main downtown area. It kept raining/sprinkling a bit and when the waitress seated us, we asked if we could sit under the tented area where another couple was seated. She said no, they weren't seating over there at this point. Ok.... So she seated us at another table with an umbrella, but it didn't do enough to keep the drizzle away so I had to hold my own personal umbrella for a bit too. Eventually the weather mostly cleared up, so it wasn't so bad... except about 20 minutes after we were seated, they seated another group under the tent??? A little annoyed by that..Anyway, wine was pretty decent though my husband and I swapped. He ordered the rosé blend and I got the white, and I ended up liking his rose blend more because it was a little fizzy. The patio is dog friendly which was great for our dog, and the waitress brought us a full water dish for him. Waitress was friendly and helpful, I just don't get why she wouldn't seat us under the tent. Anyway, overall alright experience here.

Finally made it! Each time we would think to come here, it was outside of operating hours. We planned ahead and checked the time and came for some wine before heading off to our anniversary dinner.It was a beautiful evening and the outside seating is so pleasant. After a chat with their sommelier, my husband chose a glass of Carpineto Dogajolo, a Super Tuscan. I felt like having something with bubbles so I went for Vecchia Modena Lambrusco. Both were delicious. When it was time for a second glass, I had the Super Tuscan. It was deliciously dry. He went for Skouras Agiorgitiko, a Greek dry red. The sommelier was fascinating to talk with and guided us through our choices.The wasps were a tad overly friendly during our time there. But, if you plan to sit outside, you are sharing the space with all of nature.We look forward to another visit.

If you are looking for a great outdoor wine bar, flights wine cafe is the place to go! They have great flights to offer as well as food and happy hour! I love their Lavender Wine and Colorado flight.The pretzel bites with cheese and mustard is really good but not a lot of pretzels to go with the appetizer. Still one of my favorite wine bars at Olde Town!

Had a great time meeting a friend for wine. First got a wine flight on happy hour and then a glass after that. We grazed on the combo charcuterie board which is perfect for relaxing and chatting with a friend and grazing. We were inside since it was a cold winter night, but look forward to having drinks on the patio when the weather warms up. Very cute and the service was great!

Beautiful wine bar under the Old Town Arvada water tower. Cozy seating outside in the grass with great romantic lighting. Great place to go for date night or out with the girls. The staff is very friendly. I always order the wine flight, 3 glasses for $15/20. The views, wine and service will have you coming backOn the weekends they offer live music, I believe it's Saturday.

Met a friend here and sat on the patio - we were seated very quickly and it was a beautiful atmosphere and a perfect night. We loved the wine flights and especially the lavender wine from the colorado mountain flight. The service was friendly and prompt and the food was divine. I really enjoyed the warm brie and the steakhouse flatbread. Parking is easy and accessible and prices are fair. I will be back again! Thanks

As I stood there the staff repeatedly passed me saying "we will be with you in a minute..."Tables wide open, plenty of staff to seat us but it was a low priority to actually seat a customer. After the 4th time of hearing we will be with you soon... I decided to leave, as I hadn't been sat anyway. I remember when restaurants valued their customers and went so pretentious. I think they need to humble themselves and get back to the basics of "service"If they reply they were busy they definitely were not.

Don't sleep on this place! It's off the beaten path in Olde Town and it is fabulous. Plenty of outdoor seating, great wine menu, happy hour is wonderful, charcuterie combo board is plentiful and delicious and the staff are all so welcoming and friendly (shout out to Jasmine!). They have gluten free crackers and bread too which made this celiac very happy. This place is tucked away in Olde Town but 100% worth the journey to find and enjoy. Fire pits, blankets, and heating towers keep those who get chilly in the evening warm.

Appetizers were delicious. Service was timely and friendly. Ambiance was pleasant. We were there on a beautiful sunny late fall day and enjoyed the three piece band. Awesome wine specials! Love this place.

This was such a great find! It's a small wine bar with lots of options and a nice dessert menu. I went with 4 other girls and we were so happy with our experiences there! Attentive and friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a good atmosphere! Can't wait until the weather is warmer and we can sit outside on the huge patio!
