We went the Sunday after Valentine's Day & had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy.He was great - funny, knew his menu, recommend some nice things to try & was an ace at pacing our meal.This place is gorgeous, the staff is kind & the food is delicious. My whiskey sour (made with Macallan) was pretty much perfect & my husbands Smokey old fashioned was absolutely delicious. I could go on & on about the food - but you really need to try it for yourself. It's that good.

I don't know how to say it better, Flemings executes perfectly on steak and service PLUS their sides, in my opinion, are superior to both Elways and Shannahans.If it's just two of you, sit in the bar. The bartenders are social and exceptionally knowledgeable of the menu. Additionally, the bar offers a few items that are not listed on the main dining room menu, like the BEST BURGER in DENVER.For a steak house, the pricing is fair and the value is the best in town.

Fried mushroom appetizer was okay. I preferred the smaller pieces because because they were basically little fried snacks. But the larger pieces were an unpleasant combo of crispy vs. mushroom texture. Mushrooms should stay juicy and saucy imo.Scallops were pretty good. Cooked perfectly, but not much flavor honestly. But the salsa verde compensated. And see, this is what I mean - these mushrooms were good because they were just coated in a little sauce.Butter cake was delicious. But mint? Seriously? I feel like they added that just to inflate the price by another 2 bucks.Fancy place with dim lighting, but expensive obviously. Some steaks were $60 I think. Waitress was very professional too, and checked on us often.

One of our regular restaurants for special occasions! Yes perhaps a bit pricey (particularly the add-on vegetables) but the drinks are perfectly made and the menu choices superb. This time was our anniversary and the table was decorated nicely and the staff passing by all made the effort to wish us a happy day! Also, at 5pm on a weekday we were quite pleased at how quiet the dining room was. Excellent time to go if you want to be able to converse!

So for the cost of dining here, our waiter was extremely blunt, not fun, seemed to not know what he was doing, and had other waiters picking up his slack and making him frustrated. Some of our party didn't like their stakes at all, but we had also been there a long time and didn't like interacting with our waiter. We elected to not make a fuss and leave. The restaurant is very clean and so is the restroom, is is a quiet restaurant which is very nice. The food isn't that great though considering the amount of money you're shelling out... My lobster and fillet were good, but nothing special. The chef also made a medium rare practically rare, which I did asked to have seared and temped to proper medium rare core temperature. Over all I don't think I'd come back here when Del Frisco's is so close...

We visited Flemmings to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of one of our friends. An early reservation, the restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived but filled as the evening progressed. The restaurant was quiet with a good energy. Not too dark. Our waiter for the evening was amazing. He shared his knowledge and opinions with regards to the wine selections and we had a few of those. :-). He guided us through the options and suggestions for the appetizer, salad options and of course our entrees. The table had array of orders, from the Flemmings Salad, to the Crab Cakes and Calamari for starters. Our main courses included the Petite and Main Filets, Steak (Filet) & Lobster, Pork Chop and Sea Bass. For dessert, we shared the Creme Brûlée and New York Cheesecake. I started with the Flemmings Salad. It was fresh with a richness of flavors. The candied nuts were a nice touch. We followed the salad with the Crab Cakes. The Crab Cakes were "as expected", meaning they were good and tasted as you have come to expect. The Calamari was outstanding. The Sweet Chili sauce over the perfectly prepared Calamari was the perfect blend of crispness and flavor. Would definitely recommend the Calamari. I had the Sea Bass as my main course. The fish was cooked to perfection, with nice caramelized edge and the inside light, moist and flaky. The Sea Bass was served over a bed of spinach but what made this dish was the delicious Miso sauce. OMG. The sauce was absolutely amazing. More please. The combination of flavors, fish, vegetables and sauce was to die for. #sohappyWe finished the evening with the Creme Brûlée and Cheese cake. Both were good and well executed.I expect a lot from Flemmings but they delivered once again.

We were here for a company dinner and wow!! The food was so good! We had the set menu. Our favorites were the bourbon and apricot glazed meatballs, crispy chicken bites, filet mignon, barbecue salmon and the carrot cake. The service was great! We will absolutely return to this restaurant. We had a great experience!

Perfect evening- Food, service and ambiance! Fillet was perfectly cooked. Ribeye was very tasty. Garlic Mashed potatoes were delicious. Cocktails were exceptional!

Came here for a weeknight dinner and was pleasantly surprised - for a chain this place is really good! Tried the prime dry aged ribeye for my main and a variety of apps and sides that we shared as a table - including the Mac and cheese, potatoes, brussel sprouts, creamed spinach, shrimp cocktail, burrata, onion rings, crab cake, salad. Everything was cooked very well! Also tried the lava cake for dessert which was delicious w their vanilla ice cream. Definitely would come back for a special occasion dinner and location is great w a huge parking lot. Service was perfect.

Been here over a dozen times in the past four years. Only had one bad experience with the food, last December. It was definitely a hicup! Staff has been exemplary every time we have eaten there. Went there a couple days ago and again it was the best steak we have bought in Colorado. Although, we wish they would bring back the Red Onion Butter dip for the bread and stuffed Mushrooms on the menu - they both were the best around - too! Mahalo for the outstanding dinner.TerrY
