Five Guys

We typically love coming to five guys but the last 3 or 4 times that we've been there, the service has been extremely slow. We also haven't been receiving a full order of fries. I'm not really sure how they can count this as a small fry (photo) when there's literally like 9 fries in here. I was hoping this was just a one off situation but since it's happened a few times, I think it's time to find a new burger place.

I don't care what anyone says 5 guys is just the superiorBurger place! The fact that I can build it how I want it is fantastic. I also love that if you ask for grilled jalapeños they are perfectly cut fresh jalapeños not pickled! Service is fast and everyone that works at this location is super friendly.

11am-4pm are your hours? Cool if you are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Come on. 90% of the time I eat here it is for dinner after 6pm. Food is good but pricey. But the hours will limit my return here.

I ordered delivery from this location using the Five Guys app and never received my food. I filed a complaint and spoke with TWO managers about it. Both promised a refund with apologies and it never happened. This business is all over the place. Take your money elsewhere if you want to be seen as a valued customer.

So anyways, soccer was finished for this weekend and everyone was starved. There was much ballyhoo about where to eat and all the rest. Finally, we decided upon Five Guys because we have never eaten there.So we make the drive to the nearest Five Guys. I go in. I order.4 cheeseburgers. 2 large fries. 2 large drinks.$64.Never going back. Food is fine, but nothing worth $64.There are much better places to eat for $64.

What's with the weird hours?! I realize times are tough for hiring and keeping employees, but come on. The prices here have gotten out of control. Just two burgers, one fry and two drinks should never cost over $40 for a "fast" food place. This chain has taken advantage of the recent times. If they can't get enough customers to keep it open regular hours perhaps this may be a reason why. Won't be coming here again until they come back down to earth.

Every time I come to this place they are always closed! This is the 3rd time driving here and they have the most inconsistent hours. It's honestly terrible business and I'm not planning on returning any time soon. They should chance their name from 5 Guys to "Sorry Guys, we're closed!"

I've been to this location many times.... Literally, best fries we've ever had. Best service. Keep it up. High people, high standards...

These place its weird,they close for 3 days,next day they close at 4pm,and other days at 3pm,what's going on?Is the upper management aware???

We really enjoyed our meal the other night at five guys. The burgers were fresh built just the way we asked french fries and our shakes were unbelievable! Enjoy the environment and the customer service as well. Thanks five guys.
