Great food even better service the guy who took my order (Ozma O) was cool and made my experience so much better love this place and the portions of the meals for the price cant express how much I recommend this place.

This Five Guys location in Denver has to be the cleanest location with the most friendliest staff out of any Five Guys I've ever been to. From the first few seconds of walking in I was welcomed with a very nice greeting. The way the crew at this location interacted with each other should be videotaped and shown to other locations. Everyone at this location was happy and talking with the customers. I was so impressed with the level of excellent customer service from the two different people who were working the registers & taking care of the customers.In fact I left a tip and the young man who was helping me said " that's not necessary, sir, & that's too much"The parents of all of these young people should be proud.As far as the food goes, you know what to expect when you go to a Five Guys, everything you order is going to be fresh, the Hamburgers, the fries everything. I hope someone from the upper management at Five Guys gets the opportunity to make a visit to this location.

Made a stop-in for lunch, mostly because husband wasn't with me. He's not crazy about Five Guys -- thinks there are better alternatives. It's expensive, no two ways about it. But my small burger, fries, & yes, I splurged, a banana milkshake were very very tasty! Hamburger tastes fresh, and banana milkshake tastes like it was made with real bananas (as opposed to banana flavoring). Even at an almost $18 price point for the three. Fries could definitely be shared. Thinking Five Guys is a much better burger than In--n-Out & you do don't have to wait in an endless line!

We are big 5 Guys fans but as others mentioned this location is just so...painfully....slow.This is no longer a newly opened spot. They should have the system down by now and just need to hire and train more staff and this spot will easily increase, maybe even double sales. If this location was faster we would come back more often as I'm sure others would do as well. I love that they offer bunless hamburgers and that I can be a mad scientist with low calorie beverages on the Coke Freestyle machine. And their shakes are so freakin good. Nom nom. But... expect a 15 minute wait for food on a very good day. And if it's busy 30+ minutes. Hangry customers are not nice people. We've been to other locations that run like a well oiled machine and you get your food in about 5 minutes so we know it can be done. Manager? Are you listening

Ugh! Whats happened to Five Guys? Don't get me wrong -- burgers and fries are still the best fast food in the industry! But the price ? WTF? It's nearly doubled in the last 5 years -- just dropped $25 for two burgers and a large fry? And their CC machine is programmed to ask for a tip? That's a foul! Damn Americans need to stop tipping everyone?!!! It's FAST FOOD -- don't tip! Period!

This location sucks. Horrible customer service. Fries not done and completely undersized. Not worth $25 for a burger and fries!

I love Five Guys, foods fire. But how do I order a little cheeseburger, all the way, no mush, no grill onion sub reg onion, and I get a burger WITH mushrooms and no onion at all. Come on guyUpdate: Ordered online tonight, and they STILL managed to get it wrong. It's literally written down for you. I don't get it.Update 2: OMFG there was a hair in my burger. WHAT THE F*CK

This place was so clean and service was great. Also the food was darn good. The hamburgers are delicious and so are the fries.

They completely messed up my order and when I called and asked for a refund WITH my receipt, they were unable to do it unless I can back into the store. Unable to accommodate for the fact I live over an hour away, and just want to make something right.
