Five Guys

One of your gourmet burger kind of places, Five Guys has one of the yummilicious fresh beef burgers and delicious fries that are deep fried in peanut oil! Although not shown on the menu, you could ask to add mushrooms to your burger! That's my heaven right there!

A regular cheeseburger, a little cheeseburger, a large fry to share, and a single fountain drink = $28. I'm sorry but the prices at this location are outrageous, and the food quality and service do not justify the added expense. Food took longer than usual at a Five Guys, and the order was incorrectly prepared. We weren't in the mood to wait 20 more minutes and just ate the mistakes. The operator of this location has raised the prices to the point where my wife and I (who just moved to GVR) will never be back. We definitely witnessed at least two families walk in, take a long hard look at the menu board, and walk right back out. Never seen that before at a restaurant with counter service and a tip line on their receipt (who am I tipping exactly? the folks who got my order wrong, or the ones who took so long to prepare my meal?).I've included a current picture of the menu for those of us still looking at 2017 prices in Yelp. Take a good hard look before you make the trip. There are many other burger options out there... explore them first.

Came here August 13 2022 and was highly unsatisfied mostly teens working mid order left us to attend to phone call the bill came out to 35 plus tip around 40 dollars for two sloppy cold burgers terrible and one large fry which was literally little pieces of fries and not what they typically give you super skimpy and two drinks will not be returning the only person that was attentive was a older woman seemed like she was telling all the kids how to do their job!

First Time trying Five guys. Service was quick and professional. Free peanuts as you enter. Place very clean. I I was told to try their fries. Well compared to homemade fries or to frozen french fries while you do it at home in an air fryer, I wasn't impressed by the french fries. The peanuts were OK it's not the first class big large peanuts. My small french fries was almost 4 dollars and a half, but generous. And of course, like in many other fast food Restaurants, it was very salty: thanks Heaven they had vinegar.Over all, I try one new fast food restaurant every year or two and I keep getting disappointed. I quit eating at McDonald's because it's super salty, same would be for Five guys.

The food is good as always. However this review isn't for the food, but for the quality of employees this store has. I was greeted by Christian with a genuine smile and positive vibes. I couldn't help but feel bad that he's in this industry because I know negative costumers and life can taint even the purest. Every time I come here I see how extremely polite and genuinely friendly he is to everyone, despite being in a harsh industry. I went to speak to his manager or supervisor (Monica), about taking care of him as an employee and cherish his energy. I was then even more impressed with her response on how, not just her, but the whole team takes care of him and one another. Many people come on here and leave some nasty reviews about employees over SMALL fixable problems. If people understood that they can just go home and cook something, instead of leaving a bad review over little things. I get that we are paying customers but no one deserves to be bashed over a mistake. And people who have been in the industry long enough will tell you how much it can bring you down. So, dear corporate, whatever you're paying them, isn't enough. Solid team, solid leadership. thank you Christian for your positivity and thank you Monica for taking care of your crew!

My daughter and I are just a burger and the best next day couldn't stop throwing up! And it just the burger I was throwing up.

They charged me for a soda I didn't order. I asked for my money back showing the receipt. They said "I don't know how to do that" with a blank stare that said between the lines "I really don't want to be here. I hate this minimum wage job. Please get me outta here."The food tastes worse than other fast food joints which is saying a lot given the "premium" price this joint charges. Just how do fries come out instantly soggy???? Changing the frying oil perhaps more than once per day may help???

Love the little cheeseburger with A1 and the fries spilling in the bag is my favorite. The service was entertaining and efficient. The drink selection is on point. Highly recommend the shakes.

I ordered two burgers with a drink guess what? $31 dollars I feel that they fool me out! Never ever! No combos it's a scam for sure
