First Watch

Best breakfast in town. Wish we had one in CA! Salmon frittata with mixed greens ALL DAY! Service is friendly and seating was fast during the week. Very busy, but efficient. Casual ambience ... delicious food!

People I know were raving about First Watch so we decided to try. I got the Salmon Eggs Benedict and was not impressed with it. I love Salmon and eggs Benedict but this wasn't the best. It was a little too smoky tasting to me. My husband got the shrimp and grits and the grits were dry and there was no sauce in the dish like normal Shrimp and grits. My oldest daughter got the pesto bowl and with it being her first time having Quinoa, she loved it and would get it again. My youngest daughter got the traditional breakfast and smashed it lol! She really loved it. The Haze Lemonade was a hit with us as well. We sat outside on the patio because the weather was amazing! Our waitress was the most wonderful sweetest person! Even though she was busy she never missed a mark! I would definitely go back but will try other dishes.

Disappointed today. Service was great! Eggs, someone needs to slow down and cook the eggs to order. Sunny side up or over easy, you still need to cook the egg whites all the way.... And yes you can see if they're not cooked when they're on top on over foods.

Great breakfast/brunch spot. Everything is always well made and very fresh and healthy forward. I love that they have fresh juices and fun boozy breakfast drink options as well. I've always had good service here, always checking on my hot coffee and giving refills. The ambiance is like a farm fresh kitchen. Definitely give it a try if you're on the fence.

We love First Watch and the diverse menu it offers, particularly the healthier selections! The veggie sandwich is delicious!!! The staff is friendly and helpful. We've added First Watch to our go-to favorites list. Will definitely go back.

After just a single visit "First Watch" has become one of my fave breakfast places in Colorado Springs, Colorado.The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. I'm particularly fond of their coffee slogan, "Better Coffee. Better World." It is that mindset, fueled by the significant caffeination level of their coffee, that I believe could enable me to broker a large number of international peace agreements. I've never been here in person but I've ordered breakfast from here a couple of times and each time it's fantastic!! Everything is prepared well, very tasteful and I highly recommend eating here!I had the Parma hash and it was well balanced, perfectly cooked and scrumptious! I highly recommend this place to eat!

Food was as good as it looks! Definitely will be here again. Ambience and food were great. Quick customer service and delivery of food. Waited about 5 minutes. Will be here again!!

New seasonal menu has a raspberry ricotta French toast and that is legit one of the best things I've ever had in my life. Kang is also pretty nice and their cremini mushrooms are to die for and I'm not even a huge mushroom person.

Look I wanted to like this place I really did. The food? Great amazing. The service? Fucking horrible. They forget something every time. Utensils, whole entire meals, CHARGE YOUR CARD 8 TIMES??? Dude w t f is wrong with you guys? I can't stand it I wish I could go back here unless you get workers that are competent I can't go back and waste money and time.
