Fireside Bar & Grill

Came in 10/12 and sadly it was terrible. We made reservation for 6 PM for the "Fall event" and there was nowhere to check in... they told us to just sit anywhere.We sat and the tables were dirty and it took about 10 mins for somebody to bring us water. We ordered pork belly and the chicken sandwich came instead and we didn't say anything and ate and we were charged for the pork belly.. I'll be calling tomorrow to chat with somebody because this wasn't ok. Why charge us for something we didn't eat? I was very disappointed. We will not be returning. Very understaffed and the woman who served us was very unprofessional.

My friend and I went to the Valentine's day pop up! They had crafted cocktails and the food was definitely a reason to come back. Our waitress was wonderful, and our bartender Toni was fantastic! It was such a fun place to hang out with girlfriends or a romantic date. Sean the property manager even came over and checked in on us. I always appreciate when the staff truly cares about your experience. Will definitely be returning for the brunch next time!

My niece and I went to the Blazing Bright Holiday Pop-up Bar before Christmas and absolutely loved it! The drinks were very festive and delicious and we truly enjoyed the hot coca bar. Our server Soumia was spectacular! We will definitely return next year!

Soumia, Danielle, Blake, Kathy and Toni were amazing. So much fun! Great cocktails and good food.

Great food me and my family really enjoyed it, the service was quick and wonderful and our server Soumia just made the experience better.

The Christmas decorations were nice. However, our server forgot to put our food in. we waited over an hour once we ordered, on a Thursday night! She barely apologized, and stopped coming back to our table. She didn't discount anything. We were there for 3 hours. I don't mind when servers make mistakes, everyone is human. I do mind if they don't apologize or at least give a little bit off of our meals. it was $104/person for 2 drinks and a mediocre entree. They also only had 2 meals on there menu, so you have almost no options when it comes to food. we went here last year and it was great, good food and service, and plenty of options. I would not recommend it this year. Spend your money elsewhere.

Recently went to the Fireside Bar & Grill's Bar Cupid pop-up (open until March 2) and think it would definitely be a cute date night or Galentine outing, especially if you live around Englewood.To kick the night off, my friend and I ordered the Lavender Love Bomb and the Pretty In Pink cocktails and toasted to our (non-existent) love lives. For our dishes, we tried the vanilla bean squash soup (which was admittedly very vanilla-y), scorched fennel quinoa cake (a great vegetarian option) and pan seared salmon (the fish was cooked perfectly). But the star of the show was the duck fat frites. Fried in duck fat, coated in cayenne sugar and served with a creamy tarragon aioli, I think these might be the best fries I've had in Denver.For dessert, we ordered the chocolate dipped strawberries, white chocolate creme brulee and the milk chocolate mousse bar (which had a nice crunch thanks to the hazelnut praline and wafers it's served with). We washed all of that down with their Espress My Love and Some Like It Hot cocktails, which were our favorite drinks of the night. The space was also decked out floor-to-ceiling in pink and red roses and heart-struck decor. Totally recommend for a romantic evening or girls night!

Came here for a small holiday celebration with family. Delightful ambiance with festive decor without over doing it. Their drinks were excellent and the food was amazing as well. Olivia was our server and she was absolutely fantastic, took great care of us the whole evening. I look forward to coming back again next Christmas!

We have dined at Fireside numerous times with mediocre experiences. On April 6, 2024, our family chose to dine in as a family for lunch. When we walked in the cashier, who is also the manager, would not make eye contact or greet us. We started to review the menu and he became noticeably irritated. As I attempted to order a beer, he continued to look down instead of at us. The situation was so off-putting and disrespectful that I asked if there was a problem. He said there was no problem and that was the first of eye contact I received. He was not pleased that we took a moment to review the menu. The manager was unable to manage a busy afternoon and was rude as a result of poor management. I've never experienced this level of incompetency from a business. We will not dine there in the future and encourage all our friends to take their business elsewhere.

I'm so glad my friend and I picked this pop up bar for Christmas this year! The service we received from Danielle was incredible but also everyone else was so kind too. Everyone kept asking how we were doing. The ambiance was perfect, the decor was beautiful and the volume of the restaurant was at a great level. The drinks and food were incredible! We will definitely be back
