People have recommended Firehouse for awhile, so decided to pick up a sub. As others have mentioned, service isn't great, welcoming, or otherwise engaging upon getting into the store. I waited close to 5 minutes at the register (by myself) for someone to take my order (not happily either). Got the sub home and it was barely toasted/warm and soggy....and then...it was somehow sweet? I thought I was crazy until I looked at the nutrition facts and saw 36 grams of sugar (that's 3 tablespoons!) in a medium. Count me out. Thankfully I was curious and in the sad little shop to grab hot sauce from their sauce bar, which was the highlight. Won't be back and will not ever recommend. There are so many better sandwich shops in the Denver metro.

Just got home and opened our sandwiches. Worst sandwiches we have. Ever gotten from this store. Mine was on the wrong bread and was drowning in mustard and mayonnaise and had enough onion for 6 sandwiches. My husband had to hunt for mustard or mayonnaise on his, no lettuce, no tomato. Sloppy, sloppy work.

I really appreciate Firehouse subs commitment to raising funds for first responders. The service and the food was really, really good. The bread was fresh and soft, the meat was high quality, and I was impressed with the barbeque sauce on my brisket and cheddar sandwich. It was sweet and flavorful. I wished it had some veggies on it, but it was really delicious. However, the pricing is crazy high. An 8 inch sub with chips and a drink for $10 plus tax is crazy to me. Other shops I can split a foot long with my husband for less than that. They are absolutely better than the other shops, but the prices give me pause for sure.

I just want to give a shout out to DJ. My husband placed an order through DoorDash and asked if they could switch out the turkey for Chicken, as they don't give this option through DoorDash. He was really nice and said it would be no problem. We've had issues with this prior from another lady who works here. She's always rude about it when we've asked, and even went as far as saying that we can make those changes (even though we've tried numerous times to do so). We really appreciate DJ for providing great customer service. We were close to not ordering here anymore because of the other gal, but we're glad to know that someone else answered and was really nice.

0 stars. The service here is incredibly rude. Went here for my yearly birthday sub and I cannot believe the service. I was ignored most of the time and You can just tell it was a toxic environment and things were tense with employees. The nice person on the register even looked stressed and even scared of the manger. You can tell the manager is clearly rude. I hear horrible things about this location I will for sure never visit here again and highly recommend skipping this one.

Just returned from this store where I picked up the sandwich that was left out of the bag on an Uber delivery.The order was for two sandwiches.They forgot to put HALF of the order in the bag.And had the nerve to hang up on me and be full of sass and zero reasonable solution. Never apologized.So, I arrived at the store and there are no other patrons. There were three people behind the counter watching a cartoon. Meanwhile the floor hasn't been swept in a WHILE and the trash is full and there are at least four tables that needed cleaning.Pathetic.

Every time I have gone into this store, one of the Hispanic girls has been so incredibly rude. After my experience today I refuse to go back. They absolutely need to speak with her or just straight up fire her. It's ridiculous how someone can be so immature and act that way towards customers.

I was in a pinch after Subway tried to steal marching band money! The manager was awesome at helping us figure-out what we needed! The kiddos loved the sandwiches and I felt so good feeding the fresh sandwiches! Great job!!!
