Firehouse Subs

My husband loves firehouse subs so we come here often. The service is always good and the subs are top notch. My only complaint is they're a bit pricey, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Recently moved closer to this location so I've been going more often. The food is good but it's not difficult to make a sandwich. Well ... I stopped in yesterday and over heard two employees (tall kid and shorter woman with glasses and a face mask. COVIDs over- lol) chatting about the Latin delivery driver; complaining that "they" don't understand/speak English when they pick up. Passive aggressively I added to the woman's rage AFTER telling her I'm also Mexican. Love this for yall! Keep YOUR personal biases to yourself/not around others ... it's a shame

Like I said before, great sandwiches and lackluster customer service. Come here if you like being rushed when ordering and treated like a nuisance because you made the staff do their job by being there.

Good service and the sandwiches are consistently good, filled with lots of meat. My favorite is the Hook & Ladder. I prefer ordering online through the app which is easy to use and earn rewards. My only complaint is the hard and overbaked cookies.

Had a bad experience at another location and this one was nearly identical....walked in and felt very unwelcome and stood at the counter with three employees that did not acknowledge us. I had to ask twice if they were still open? Got an inaudible response so I turned to leave. The kid sweeping the floor said "Jimmy John's" and smirked. I like the sandwiches, but the service sucks so bad I am now finished with all locations. PS save the canned response about sharing this with the staff, it obviously either doesn't actually happen or is extremely ineffective.

Stay away from Anastasia! Came in at 6:40 on 08/10/2022 and upon ordering was greeted with the worst customer service. Apparently it was a major Inconvenience just to put it in order for a sandwich , chips and a drink. So sorry Ananstasia ! Hope your life gets better!

Worst cheesesteak ever. You guys are supposed to be making sandwiches not soups. The whole bottom half of the bread was soggy and unable to pickup I live 5 minutes from the place and food was getting wrapped up when I got there. There is no way they're able to say I waited too long to start eating the sandwich

Ordered a Cheesesteak and it was the worst I ever had. It tasted like someone just added too much lettuce and soy sauce. It was SUPER salty.

The manager cares about the customer. I had to wait longer than usual (been here several times, and it's always been a normal wait before), and without me making any complaint, the manager offered me a free sub AND some extra food, all while apologizing profusely. Super nice guy who has a super nice team.

I've been to other fire house subs and this one is by far the best! Friendly staff, and always gets your order right.
