UPDATE! I am adding to this review that the owner, Thad, called me this morning. He was very attentive in listening to what happened and my concerns about how I had been treated. He assured me that he will handle the issue aggressively and thanked me for letting him know. Thad was very professional and kind. I moving the star review to a 4 for that reason. I had the worst experience today with Firehouse Subs on South Boulder Road, Store 1097. I called the store because I couldn't get there online application to work. I asked if they had curbside pickup which I need for various reasons. The girl who took my order said that would be fine, and to call once I got there. Once I got there I called and a manager named Jeff picked up. I told him I there to pick up my order and he said it was sitting on the counter for me. I told him I requested curbside pickup. He said rudely that coming outside with the food would put him within 6 ft of me. I asked him nicely if he would bring the food out and put it on the table in front of my car and then I would come and pick it up. He said he would bring it out and then said "next time come in". When I got home we opened our sandwiches and they were the wrong sandwich. I called back and said I think I got the wrong sandwiches and the gentleman named Trevor told me I got the right sandwiches. Turns out that I did not get the right sandwiches. Trevor had just as much of an attitude as a manager Jeff did. After some pushing I finally got the owner of the store's name. I've called him and I've yet to hear back. I do not recommend ever going to the store. Both employees had big chips on their shoulders and did not care about the quality of the food or the customer.

Great taste, friendly staff and nice clean inside. Got the tuna m, though they don't melt the cheese which would have been nice. The taste is better then somewhere like subway, but I do believe you pay for it, when the six inch sub is $10. A bit too expensive for me, but decent taste. Much of the bread was a bit dry and could have used a lot more sauce.

We continue to order delivery through GrubHub and continue to get good service. They have added a couple of tasty sides which you should try, along with their delicious sandwiches: the chocolate chip cookie and the Mac and Cheese (which is very cheesy).

I ordered a meal with Door Dash and when the order came it was for someone else. I was delivered someone else's order. After fighting with Door Dash they advised me to call Firehouse, I called and the girl stated that the order was correct and that the person who order i had came in and got theirs. So I asked what about my order she stated that I would have to come in and pick it up if i wanted it. I'm a disabled Vet and I don't always get around so good, its one of the reasons I use delivery services. So not only did Door Dash blame Firehouse; Firehouse blamed Door Dash and I get left in the cold with no lunch and no service. Door Dash nor Firehouse subs care about our disabled veterans its very obvious.Lafayette Store #1097

Good subs overall, yet I still feel like they're overpriced. I also understand that they heat everything up, but it doesn't matter if there are 6+ people (like there were this day) working behind the counter?! You will STILL wait for at least 15 mins for your sandwich?! I just don't get it honestly!

I know 3 people who have gotten food poisoning from this place. And the sandwiches suck so that doesn't help. Stay away. Can't wait for my AI generated response from "management" ;)

They made me feel rushed. They kind of looked at me and laughed. I don't like the service here and it made me lose my appetite. I am in the Army and have seen way better service many places if you want a sub sandwich please go to a different place. Very rude to me

Just had a order delivered via GrubHub from this Firehouse. It was the worse sandwich ever! I literally puked out my last bite and threw half the sandwich away. Ordered a New York Steamer ... one half of the sandwich was a slab of fat off the corned beef. No meat at all, just fat. The extras I ordered were one small piece each for the entire sandwich. We've always enjoyed Firehouse subs in the past but this was truly disgusting. Zero quality control.
