Stopped by Firehouse Subs while out running errands. Decided to get the Limited Pork/ Slaw Sandwich and some chips. This sandwich was delicious! The pulled pork was moist and tender and the slaw was crunchy. The sauce was tangy. Might possibly be the best fast food sandwich I've ever had. Service was decent . Restaurant was clean .

When you think of firehouse you think of mid sandwich joint. This firehouse specifically is awful! I have found hair in multiple of my families sandwich's and have seen that they have some nasty and impolite workers. As well as my 4 year old boy wanting a fire hat they refused and yelled at him. After that altercation we will never be returning to firehouse! I think a jersey mikes would fit perfect in this spot.

They almost always make nice sandwiches with care and well balanced ingredients. I've tried several and they're probably my favorite sandwich chain at this point. I get online to go orders most of all and they're usually perfectly made and don't have issues. Any issues were kindly fixed when discussed. Would recommend!

So it's 50-50 with this store. I order from here on occasion but sometimes they follow the instructions and other times they don't. This time was a no. Food was good so they get a pass. If they just hurry less and pay attention more, I'd be willing to give them more stars

Was in the mood for a hoagie, sorry sub, and I had seen Firehouse Subs a short distance away since moving to Highlands Ranch, so naturally I turned to Yelp first. 3.5 stars was its rating, I try to stick to 4 stars and above, but I read their menu, saw that some proceeds go to firemen, so I figured what the heck. Since we're in the Corona virus age now, they recommended call ahead, which I did, Jackson answered the phone and took my order. Very professional and thorough when taking it, gave me the total and it would be ready in 10 minutes, great. When I got there I was pleased to see that all the guys behind the long counter were wearing masks, I wish I could say the same for the 5 people waiting to pick up their orders. Don't get me started on that topic! I got the Brisket & Cheddar cheese sub, while the misses got a build your own Smoked Turkey, provolone, lettuce and tomato, and requested it cold. They steam the meat and cheese to add some heat and get the cheese melted, then it goes on a lightly toasted roll. I've been eating brisket for around 40 years, so I think I know a good one. Their menu say it's smoked for up to 16 hours, comes with mayo and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce (great choice BTW), of course I didn't expect NY fresh cooked brisket, but I must say I was extremely happy with my choice! It really was a nice sandwich, or should I say sub. The wife was very happy with her smoked turkey as well. After looking at the reviews, most of the lower rated ones complained about the staff being rude, some said the staff was great, but no one complained about the food, which is a great thing. You can teach people to be courteous but it's hard if the food sucks. That definitely wasn't the case here, nice staff and the subs were really good. Now don't get me wrong, this wasn't a Philly sub, but I've lowered my expectations since moving to Colorado, and I was pleasantly surprised with Firehouse Subs. I'll definitely be back, and love that it's less that 5 minutes away! Good job guys!

A few miles away is a Firehouse Subs in Lone Tree. Go to that one. The one in Highlands Ranch can't even remember to add banana peppers. It looks like it got run over by a car. Every time. I just gave them another chance and it happened again. The one in Lone Tree is worth the drive even though I can walk to the one in Highlands Ranch.

Hair in all of our sandwiches, rude workers, yelling at me because I didn't know what came on a sandwich. Didn't give us our pickles.. we love pickles. Don't go if u like pickles bc u don't get any. DONT COME HERE
