Empty but clean firehouse subs establishment. T mobile was running a BOGO free sandwich and I placed my order online and it was ready after a short wait when I got there. Surprised it wasn't ready by the time it was promised since the entire restaurant was a ghost town. Sandwich tasted great though!

It was bad all around. Unfortunately, the two gentlemen didn't speak much English, which is okay. More power to folks that speak more than one language and are trying. However, my entire order was incorrect after many nods indicating he may or may not have understood. Just sucked bc it was too far to go back and definitely my fault for not checking before leaving.

I ordered online. When I came in to pickup it was not started yet. I have a short lunch break. So I ordered online so I could have time to eat what I ordered. I left 10 minutes after I asked for it to be ready. In short I won't be able to eat firehouse for lunch.

Every time I crave for sandwich Firehouse Subs is the place I go. I love their turkey sandwiches always on the point. Juicy, delicious, fresh, and hot. I don't eat sandwiches much probably once in 3-4 months but I enjoy it only firehouse subs.

Sandwiches are good but the service is absolutely TERRIBLE! They are slower then sloths and as I wait for my sandwiches, one of the girls behind the counter says, you should sit down, this is going to take a while and then laughs.... there's literally 3 other people in here and theses teenagers are goofing off behind the counter just laughing And going as SLOW as possible. I have now waited 24 minutes for one sandwich and one kid sandwich! Absolutley ridiculous!

We have always had great service and greatfood at Firehouse. the Subs have been really good every time wave been in the last 3 years, and I have to save that although the subs are terrific , soup is really good two! Firehouse Subs are our favorite!
