Service: 5 stars hands down. Sandra and her coworkers were amazing. Sandra was at the register and was so cheery and friendly. She greeted everyone with a smile and when asking for your name she thanks you for coming in. When I left she said bye Dan and that's the type of customer service a place can only dream of having. Ambience : 4 stars. Could use a remodel , but it was very clean. Food: 5 stars- food came out warm and tasted fresh. They didn't skimp of the meat or toppings. If the food was bad I would still go back just because of Sandra! Keep up the great work Firehouse Subs.

Delivery? NEVER AGAIN!I LOVE Firehouse Subs, and yes, I was lazy, so I ordered delivery. $24 for associated delivery, service, and tip fees!!!! AND--the GrubHub Driver didn't greet me at the door (as specified), and STOLE our drink and chips. Props to GrubHub for giving credit back to my card. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I come to Denver almost every month for business and I've been here a couple times and both times it has not been good. The last time the bread was so skinny. It was like it was served on a hotdog roll. I don't know who's making the bread here, but you need to be fired. Overall my sandwiches just seem to be thrown together with little Care and I will not go here again. Find another firehouse give it a try cause overall the chains not bad.

Kids and I really enjoyed our first visit. Subs are moist, juicy, tasty, flavorful and fairly sized and priced. The added pickle spear is crunchy and flavorful. It really helps that the guy helping us was just terrific. Dining space is open, well lit, and clean.

Friendly service. A nice "welcome" greeting upon entering and a "have a nice day" salutation on exit. You'll never mistake where you are when you walk in the door. Firehouse memorabilia and decor throughout. Lots of red and white and it works. Always clean and lots of tables. Order and pay at the counter. Subs and salads made while you wait. TVs above to keep your attention if you forgot your cell phone which is what captures most people's attention these days especially while we wait for something.Delicious hot and cold sub sandwiches priced a little higher than similar places but well worth it. Get the special which throws in some chips and a drink. Love the included pickle wedge. Small strip mall area with limited shared parking but there's a huge lot right there for the shopping center, so no problem.

Would put 0 stars with the exception of one young girl Faith that made my experience better and at least I left with a smile on the other hand I don't think you are going to appreciate the fact that they don't take care of their own and they are willing to not pay people the money owed to them Don't Make any sense don't support this business not good !

Tried their veggie sub and was pleasantly surprised. I wish they had more veg/plant based options... like a dairy free cheese and guac/avocado. The bread was good, although it did get a little soggy with the Italian dressing. Ordered via their website and it was ready as soon as I got to the shop. Would go here again when a sandwich craving hits.

When I walked in the people seamed friendly.so I ordered a large sandwich and the Mac and cheese which was one size and for the price they charged for it that cup should have been full but it wasn't it was about 1/2 full and almost cold and the sandwich was just mediocre and it was the new cubin club it would have been better if they made it right and put enough of the dressing on it but I felt if I said something they might have done something bad to my sandwich. Food is up to Firehouse standards, and the staff are pleasant. Unfortunately the ladies' restroom has some kind of an open grate in it that smells like a mix of hot roadkill and sewer gases. This really needs to be addressed. The music is a bit louder than ideal, but not a big problem. We will return, but not if the restroom is needed.
