This was my Firehouse Steak and Cheese I ordered 5/15/23. It is exactly how I opened the box. Paper was sitting on top of the sandwich.

Italian n it was delicious. 2nd half spiked with Captain Sorensen's Datil pepper hot sauce was even better.

6/10/24: Firehouse has really tanked. Super small sandwiches for high prices. Our 'medium' sandwiches were barely finger sandwich size. I would give 0 stars if I could. This chain has gone down hill and at this point not only would I not recommend this location, but I would not recommend any Firehouse Subs.

Forgot my order for 15 minutes then made me a sandwich with all the wrong stuff on it!I was looking forward to firehouse for my first time and I felt like I was ignored and slightly disrespected! I called to see if I could get the full refund and she acted like she didn't care and I felt like they were playing games like my experience was a joke to them and they didn't care!I gave full tip! I left with less money, no food and feeling like I had been slapped in the face!I just wanted a good sub! I felt like I was being made light of personally! I didn't like it!

Sandwiches 100% real good. Staff are legit friendly and they get it done. 100% underrated no cap fr fr on god. Literally everywhere in the US is facing a labor shortage, so y'all don't be salty.

They are ridiculously slow! Even with ordering online it can take up to 40+ minutes just to get your food!! Turns out it's not faster to order ahead! Also they stop and talk to their friends and your food sites there 1/2 made. Though it was a fluke the last time. Seems like every time! Won't be back!!

I went to Firehouse on 5/15 around 4:00pm. To give back story: I was the only guest and there were 3 associates. They were friendly. As I ordered my 3 sandwiches, the girl who rang me up was the same person who made all three sandwiches.As the girl was making my sandwich, the other two were loudly complaining about another manager and what is or is not there job duties. Their language was very colorful and they did not care if a customer was in the store.When I got home I opened the monstrosity the is attached. This was absolutely horrible. It looked like the girl tried to make a small sandwich fit into a large bun. Then there were no toppings that come with the typical sandwich. By this time I was livid, because I drove home and had this crap sitting in front of me. I had no time to take it back. So, I left a complaint on the Firehouse website and asked for a call back. I also called the store to get the store manager's name and schedule so I could call. The employee said her name might be LuLu (she thinks). And that she is training at another store.Fast Forward to 5/16. I called the corporate offices and was told that there was nothing they could do except let the store know.I called the store and asked if I could speak with LuLu and was told that she wasn't here. The associate then passed the phone on to the assistant manager Tabitha. She asked if she could help. I politely said I would rather talk with LuLu. Tabitha then said in a short tone, "She will be back Monday." I said thank you and Tabitha just hung up. No good-bye just dial tone.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE!Against my better judgement I went to the Firehouse closest to me instead of traveling to the Smoky Hill and Aurora Pkwy store. NEVER Again.These stores are individually owned and operated. Steer clear of this one.

ALWAYS are late for online pickup. It at least takes 35 minutes every time I order ONE sandwich for it to be ready. It says online it should only take 15 minutes.

Asked for a water with our subs. They charged us for a meal. When I asked about why she charged us, the lady said "oh" and just walked away.Won't be back.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich, but regretfully, found 2, unmotivated employees who speed in preparing my sub was pathetic. It was around 5-6 pm and there was only one other patron in the shop . The 2 employees didn't speak during the approximate 20 mins it took them to make a simple Italian sub. I had also asked to have oil and vinegar on the side, but we never got that either. I feel if you pay 12.00 for a sandwich it should be perfect. Alas, though the sub was supposed to be hot and melted, by the time it got to me, it was ice cold. Overall, this experience is very disappointing, I'll not return here againChris in Parker
