My sandwich was good, thank you for a tasty lunch. No complains there, and your staff is very friendly however I don't appreciate being asked if I want chips and a drink and then not asking what size...and default selling me a large. I wasted 4/5ths of it because your coke from the machine has the syrup way too low.Also why is it every time I turn around someone is asking me for money for some bullshit charity?Stop.I just want a turkey sandwich.

These are pretty good sandwiches. I didn't get a chance to snap my sandwich unfortunately. I got a small Hook & Ladder sub. All sandwiches seem to come toasted and are served with a side of a pickle spear. They serve Coke products. And have a large assortment of chips. They sell salads and other items as well. The customer service was nice , quick and efficient. The store itself was pretty clean and you can order ahead and pickup your order with no contact. I will have to come back and try out other sandwiches for sure.

None of the 4 people working at this store on 2/21/25 at 3:00pm said "Welcome to Firehouse". They barely even looked up. When we mentioned it to them, they stared at us with a deer in headlights look. No people culture whatsoever. They need to go to Chick-fil-a customer service school. Every time I go to Chick-fil-a, I get a hearty hello and a genuine "My Pleasure". I guess that's what you get when you don't have anyone instilling customer service skills in young people. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. This location is pretty terrible on customer service.

Normally our go to for a great meal but tonight was a disappointment. We ordered a medium steak and cheese and a Hook and ladder. The steak and cheese had barely enough meat to cover the bread and the sub bread tasted off. We finally decided that the bread was undercooked and tasted a bit doughy. The other sandwich is supposed to be a hot sub was cold, it did not get heated up. We noticed 4 employees just standing around chatting and having fun. But I sure wish they would have been emptying the overflowing trash cans or cleaning the condiment station, it was really dirty.

I really like Firehouse Subs. Great tasting hot subs. I have learned a few thing that goes with most Firehouse Subs. Like most places that are made in front of you and steamed hot. Because of this they take a little longer so if you are in a big hurry you may need to go some place else. No hurry it is worth the wait. I have found it is best to eat in the store. Even though I only live five minute away if I take them home they get cold and soggy pretty quickly. Otherwise all is good.

Another miserable experience at Firehouse! I arrived at 3:55, exactly when my pickup order was supposed to be ready. There was no one at the counter and no one waiting, but when he finally showed up he was very confused when I asked for my order. He looked up & down and couldn't find it, and finally found the receipt hanging. Not a word, no apology, he just started making my sandwich? Then a second employee came out and when I asked why it wasn't ready, she claimed "... we wait till the customer arrives so it will be hot." Again, no apology, just an obvious lame excuse as the other one was previously searching for it. While all this is going on, I realized he had made the sandwich without first toasting the bread! When I said the site says the bread is supposed to be toasted, she said "Its toasting now, that's how we do it." Not "sorry, did you want me to toast it for you?" In fact, I never heard one single word of appreciation, apology, or regret that they had an unhappy customer. They acted like I was the inconvenience, not even entertaining the thought that they were actually the ones who were inconveniencing their customer! So I just told her to refund my money, which was the FIRST thing she was happy to do! Pretty strange way to run a company, no wonder the place was EMPTY!

First time to try Firehouse Subs, very, very disappointed in service and food. Approached the cashier where orders are made, asked the young man about the medium Turkey Bacon Provolone sub, if they had bacon made of turkey instead of pork. He assured me they had turkey bacon. I repeated it twice to confirm and got a yes response. If I had known they only had pork bacon, I would've requested to omit the bacon. My son ordered his large Italian sub. Both subs totaled $28 after rounding it out for a charity donation. I left a $12 tip bc of the 5 staff members behind the counter preparing sandwiches. The wait wasn't long subs were prepared less than 5 mins. We were amazed and happy. Got home and checked my sandwich and noticed the bacon was made of pork. Immediately called Firehouse Subs and the mgr Jenny answered I explained to her the situation and she could confirm with whomever made my sub that pork bacon was added instead. She put me on hold then mentioned the person left for the day, and I should return the sandwich for another one. I returned with the sandwich, Jenny the mgr looked at the sandwich and said yup it's a Turkey Bacon sub. I had to explain again, that it was not Turkey bacon it was pork bacon. Jenny said oh we only have pork bacon. OMG!!! She then had the staff prepare a new sub without the bacon. This time it took freaking 20 mins!! With 1 employee working while the other 4 employees stood by. No other customers present but me. The audacity of Jenny, preparing her to go sandwiches bc she was leaving for the day, instead of helping to make my medium Turkey Provolone Sub??!!! The service sucked!! Jenny the mgr worst customer service ever!! This Firehouse Sub is poorly managed. The staff are not trained to familiarize themselves with the menu.We are definitely NEVER returning to Firehouse Subs!! The ambience ... just acouple dining in, no line, no phone ringing in orders, fully staffed however inexcusable poor service. Horrible experience ever!!!

Came to grab a sandwich with the family tonight, pulled up at 8:40, open sign was off so we decided to call to make sure. One of the girls working answered the phone and reluctantly told me they were still open so we decided to run in and get an order in. The energy and way they treated us was super awkward and rude, like we were a nuisance to them. I would understand if we came in 5-10 minutes before close, but 20 minutes is plenty of time to make some sandwich's and close up. On top of that they messed up one of our sandwiches. Never felt so uncomfortable, and when I mentioned it the girl looked at me and didn't say a word. Really disappointing you would treat customers like that. We were in & out in 5 minutes, plenty of time before close. Hate writing bad reviews on businesses, especially on yelp but definitely felt like the owner/ management needed to know about this.
