Ephemeral Rotating Taproom

I had almost made it to this place many times in the past. I needed to kill some time before a nearby comedy show, and this one was recommended to me by a comedian whose opinion I trust. I popped in, and immediately fell in love with the tap list. Noah, the bartender, was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable on so many topics and I feel like I could've talked to him for hours. The beer was nice and cold and reasonably priced and I will gladly come back here again.

Enjoyed our first visit to Ephemeral Tap room- the vibe is nice and laid back and there's such a great selection of beverages to try! Also love that it is dog friendly and we got to see several cute pups while we were there. The staff was friendly- only downside for us was that the room was really warm for a nice relaxing happy hour. We ended up leaving earlier than intended to find a more comfortable place. I'm wondering if it was due to all the nice, big windows. We will be back for other visits, but will probably wait until a cooler time of year.

This place is cute! Chill place for an excellent selection of beers. The Hooch Booch Lounge Lizard kombucha is light and flavorful. They have plenty of swag on sale and even have a small market using the building's old sign, "Ben's Super Market". Their 10oz glasses say, "Always time for a beer with friends." I agree!

Finally visited Ephemeral and had a blast. The concept is really a beer snob's paradise, rapidly rotating through lots of different breweries from across the country. It's wonderful to see the variety they have on tap. The atmosphere is chill, too. Classic Denver, being dog-friendly with plenty of games and events to keep both regulars and newcomers entertained.It's overall a high quality spot with fantastic service. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they even have a wall of staff picks to help you decide what to try. Like many places in Denver, I can't believe I live so close, but it's taken me so long to come here. I'm going to stay posted on their Instagram account and visit more often. Cheers!

We love checking out new taprooms and brewpubs. Ephemeral is a great neighborhood gem. It we read the history correctly, it used to be a market, which explains the nod to it's former occupant. The beer was really good and the service was fantastic. The interior is very clean (so are the restrooms), and the space is inviting. There were lots of different groups of people, and we can't wait to come back to try more beers!

On a recent weekend trip to Denver, my husband and I discovered that our AirBnB was located above an amazing taproom. We were stoked! An old corner market, Ephemeral now serves up delicious rotating local beers on tap, as well as morning coffee, and a few grocery staples. While we were visiting they had a local brewery called Weldworks on tap and it BLEW. MY. MIND. I absolutely loved every single one of their beers I tried and they had an amazing variety to pick from. I loved it so much, we wanted to see if they shipped to CA (sadly not). Ephemeral has all the right vibes and I am envious of anyone who lives within the vicinity. It's the perfect, quaint taproom and I really hope it is around for years to come!

First time here and we really enjoyed ourselves! The inside was quaint, comfortable, and inviting. Plus who doesn't love a tap room that allows DOGS!! We're so stoked to have another place to take our boy. Only reason I didn't give a 5 was because they had mostly sours on tap from WeldWerks and it would of been nice to have more options. We're excited to go back!

Ah rats! I meant to review this three weeks ago. Oh well, I'll be the second person to say five stars all the way! Wife and I popped in ahead of a dinner reservation around the corner at Plimoth (also worth checking out). We had only time for one beer, but we were very happy with what we had. Now, cold, fresh, tasty beer is hard to get wrong, but that's why it takes more than just good beer to deliver a 5 star experience. This place was great, from the ambiance, to the service... We will definitely be back.

Have been waiting patiently for this taproom to open. They are open from 7-10 and serve a small coffee menu in the morning and rotating beers on tap for the other hours of the day. This use to be an old supermarket hints the "Ben's supermarket" sign they kept and added a few local snacks to choose between. They have a really nice environment in here. You can lounge and have snacks with a friend or chill at the bar and drink some beer. They offer one tv which is where we watched the avs game. Owner Shannon is very sweet. They are constantly switching beers out so stop in and pick one of their wide selections.

Great establishment! Doug and Tracee are really friendly and knowledgeable bartenders and they have rotating quality breweries on tap.
