Encanto Cocina & Cantina

My friend and I went on a Friday night. There was A DJ and lots of big birthday parties. It was like a party lol, in a good way. They bring out lights and a sombrero and sing and dance for the birthday person, which is so fun. We sat at the bar and the bar tender (I think his name was ET or something) was super friendly. Made us special drinks based on our preferences. We got these cool drinks that they do a big presentation with smoke and they were only $16! Chips and salsa and queso were so good, had some spice which I love. We got tacos and a quesadilla. Dinner with some entertainment. Was not expecting it but glad we went!

Food was alright and service was nice, kinda just came in because the host was sweet. Tacos are $3.50 on Wednesday or you get the platter (3 for $17 with 2 sides). I agree they're still trying to figure themselves out but I'd believe in this place! We liked the tacos but I will admit we put the queso on it and the pork green chili and the salsa so do as you may.I didn't like the queso it was weirdly melted and bland for my taste. It did come with two giant tortillas which was fun. Outdoor area is fun and pet friendly! I'll come back and try again in a few weeks

Came here with my girlfriend and my daughter. I was so hungry I forgot to take photos. I ordered the Birria tacos. They were so very delicious. It did not seem like a lot of food, but the 4 taco's really filled me up. The service was very good. The restaurant was kept nice and clean. I recommend coming here.

Stumbled in here on the first day they were open, and I guess I get the first review too! Not too shabby, but there was a limited menu. I ordered the chilaquiles, and crushed it. Staff was nice and helpful, but they were definitely still learning the ropes. It looked like there was a big upstairs area, but didn't get to look at it. I am near this part of town often, so I will stick my head in to see how the menu progresses.

Classy place for authentic-ish Mexican fare. Above and beyond great service! The staff was friendly, attentive, and cared about our dining experience. Great cocktails, carnitas to die for.

Hands down best margaritas I've ever had! All made with fresh fruit, no syrups. Service was phenomenal. The bartenders were great and engaging with customers. Overall just a great positive atmosphere. Was here on a quick weekend trip from Kansas City and will probably return sooner than planned just to bring the wife!

Wow... just stumbled upon this place as we were walking around on our GABF trip. Thought we try it out. The margs and food were GREAT!! Highly recommend the Tamarindo Marg and Crispy chili relleno . Rice and pork green chilli sides either flour tortillas as as a snack was delicious. The service was excellent and peeps were so nice.

This spot has an aesthetic look to it, however the food here was just okay. The street tacos didn't have much flavor to the meat, the sides were lacking in seasoning as well. Best thing I had here was the queso. If you come on the weekend there is a DJ, the music is too loud to have a conversation. This place does get super crowded, my friend and I felt like we were getting bumped by other customers walking around the whole time. I feel like this place has potential with some changes!
