As a frequent traveler, I've learned to manage my expectations when it comes to airport dining, but Elway's was a notch above the rest.The ambiance felt upscale yet comfortable, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the airport. The decor reflects the essence of a nice steakhouse, with a modern twist that sets a welcoming tone.I ordered the famous Elway's Chinese chicken salad, and it was prepared nicely. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and the salad was fresh.The drink menu featured a great selection of local craft beers and expertly crafted cocktails.The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about delivering good service. They made sure everything was right.Elway's has set a new standard for airport dining. Whether you're on a layover or just flying in or out of Denver, enjoy a fantastic meal here.

My server was Rebecca, and she was great. She was attentive and knew how to interact with someone who was Deaf. Most people tend to shy away from me. I lip-read very well, but the Deaf community is diverse. If you have questions, write them down or use your notepad on your smartphone. It's not that difficult. Koodos to her! Also, the burger was thick and well-made, juicy, and tasty. The wait wasn't significant, but I was willing to wait. Rebecca made sure my glass was filled with soda and the other with water. She was awesome!

Elway's serves high quality food but offers seating/dining with a cafe like atmosphere, they share tables with a coffee bean which made me question how they justified the prices of some of their menu items. The sides were priced as high as $16 for broccoli.. unbelievable. We tried the cheeseburger and truffle fries, both were delicious. Decent food offerings for a premium price.

Barbara was wonderful today. Had some time to eat at my favorite airport DIA restaurant. Enjoyed conversation with Barbara as she's a Colorado native and you can tell, very seasoned at being an awesome server! Good luck in your career at Elways! Always enjoy the food, atmosphere and desserts! Will keep coming back ...

I had there Monday chicken bacon sandwich, special it was so delicious. The waitress was very nice as well good service.

I eat here regularly and love the service, cocktails and I am pleased with the food. Tonight Alena was my server and she moved me right along at a perfect pace with a kind smile. Water was filled and bill was ready at the perfect moment so catching the next flight wasn't an issue. And they make great Old Fashions.

Tons of food! My waitress is the sweetest girl. Loved their breakfast potato's and strong coffee. Pricey.

My first time at my favorite QB's establishment, probably the nicest looking airport restaurant I've been to. They have replica Lombardi trophies and other memorabilia on display. I was seated immediately, it was about 75% full. The service was professional and friendly. I tried the Colorado burger with green chilis and over easy egg. The bun was slightly dry. It was medium well but I ordered medium. The side of shoestring fries was large and tasty but $11 seems a little steep to add on top of $26 for the burger. A little disappointing for the price point.

This is my favorite place every time we fly. Whether it's breakfast or lunch, we always make a stop here. I love the specific selection of wines along with the great dining options!

Exactly the kind of restaurant that shouldn't be in an airport. They serve steak, steak, steak and steak. Want that with steak? That's all fine and dandy where people have a choice of restaurants. But not where it's the only sit down place.
