That was our first time at Stanley Marketplace, and Elita was the right call. I had Peruvian Steak Sandwich (the most reviewed item from their menu on Yelp). Super good sandwich, what else can I say! And I feel like the price was right too. Many other places to try at Stanley, but this one is definitely worth visiting.

I've gone here a few times and most times it's been very good! I first had a shawarma bowl and that was magnificent (had it like a year ago) and then I've been stuck on the carne asada fries (with no nacho cheese-- I prefer shredded, so I just get double queso fresco). The only issues I've seemed to have (which impact my rating) have been with the consistency in the food and friendliness of the staff. Most staff are nice, but a recent visit week or two ago was off-putting and then pair that with the fact that they changed the fries (crinkle cut to thin/McDonald's type) was disappointing. It's typically cooked to perfection, but I personally hope they bring back the other fries. You can buy other things in there (like a mini-market) so you've got options.Give em a try and decide for yourself.

Get the Peruvian steak sandwich! Super flavorful, baguette is nicely toasted, and the steak is tender. Be aware that although the menu says $16, the charge is actually $16.30 with additional fees on top of that - not a big deal though since it's good to support local businesses.

Lots of choices at the Stanley, but I only saw one place with a pazole rojo sign out front! I was with my sister and she immediately chose it as her place to eat among the many other great places to eat at the Stanley. It's a nice little place. It's all to go and you but there are plenty of places to sit and eat just a few steps away in the public area of the Stanley. My sister loved the pazole. I tried a bite and loved it too. The ingredients and the flavor were great. The only thing is that it was mostly broth. There wasn't much hominy in it at all. Both me and my sister are used to pazole with much more hominy. It's a nice little market with plenty of choices of things to eat for lunch and dinner. Nice staff, great food. They also have a really nice variety of Mexican sodas...the kind with real sugar!

We were visiting Stanley Marketplace of the first time as we rarely get to this area unless we have an appointment at the nearby medical center. This was a great time to tryStanley and drive over in the middle of the afternoon before driving back to Boulder. We had a few recommendations and took a look at those places first, We chose one which happened to be next to this place. As we were eating, we saw the sign of specials and walked in to look around. S many packaged options and nice staff putting things together ofr other orders. And fresh items in the case, sealed to take home for your own cooking, veggies and meats especially. The carne asada fries were on special and looked and smelled good. We decided to take some home to reheat as we had eaten enough for now and wanted to head back before rush hour gridlock. We did and when we reheated them it was quite tasty. My only complaint, the fries were crinkle cut and we had seen them in the freezer case in big bags, my least favorite type of fry as they tend to hold so much more fry oil than fresh cut straight natural potatoes. But in this format, the carne asada was the star so I was willing to eat some of the fries underneath. I will try some other things from their offerings the next time we are in Stanley Marketplace.

The Peruvian steak sandwich is perfection. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender, well seasoned, with the lime sauce covering the whole thing that just added to the flavor. Loved the queso fresco, the house picked onions, the artesian roll. The pasta salad it came with was disappointingly flavorless in comparison, but honestly the sandwich made up for it in spades. Service was friendly and quick. Highly highly recommend and I will absolutely be back.

Israel does not equal Mediterranean. The menu looked intriguing. They play up the Latin side with the music and staff. I noticed a few things listed as Israeli, so I asked to verify if they meant Palestinian.

Did not purchase anything! Just window shopped! Everything looks amazing - fresh, vibrant, and clean. Definitely want to try out the Thanksgiving spread they have advertised!

went to the Stanley marketplace for the first time and was not disappointed by this tasty flatbread from Elita! The lamb merguez flatbread has Chile-garlic oil, house lime hummus, lamb merguez sausage, a drizzle of lime tahini, fresh parsley, Middle Eastern pickles, & salsa tatemada. It was the perfect level of spicy, as the sausage had a bit of a kick! I loved the combination of flavors! The restaurant is a really cool combination of Mediterranean and Latin influences. I'll definitely be back and will pick up some of their grocery/deli items to go as well!

I fell in love with the food at this place. We ordered the steak sandwich and it was absolutely incredible. I don't typically like steak sandwiches and I was obsessed with this one. They have great healthy options to choose between too which is always a plus for us. They had a few items you could buy individually so we chose the Baba ghanoush and it was amazing. This is def where I'll be eating next time I'm at Stanley.
