First time in Denver - getaway trip with my partner. He enjoys visiting local breweries so we headed to Fiction Brewing Company off Colfax. Apparently, the brewery host different food trucks on different days and Elevation 5280 was on the day we arrived.I asked the chef on board what he recommended from their menu and he stated the cubano or the patty melt - so I opted for the patty melt for us to split. No regrets! Probably one of the best patty melts I've had in a while. They add jalapeño which gave it a nice kick. Everything was made fresh to order, service was great and the food was seasoned just right! Definitely a recommendation!!

5280 was located outside Launch Pad Brewery, hubby and I tried two kinds of mini quesadillas - cheeseburger and buffalo chicken. Both were very good! I would eat here again.

Had the Mountain fries with pork, and they were very good. My husband is super picky about pork, and he loves these.

Don't listen to the other reviewer - over half of his reviews are 1 star. This is a great food truck. I had the brisket tacos ($10). 3 tacos to an order with a very generous amount of brisket, delicious salsa and sauce. I also split some pretzels ($6) and dipping sauces which were very good as well. Service was fast, especially for the amount of people ordering from them at the time. Very friendly folks too!

I ate here with a friend at a brewery, and this truck needs some SERIOUS work. From a service side, they brought no napkins, forks, or anything like that. For messy food this was a huge let down.I figured even with that, the food had to be tasty, right? Wrong. I ordered the gyro, and it was nothing like it should've been. The lettuce was rotten--straight up wilted, wet, and rubbery. Also, the pita was toasted to a crunch; it cracked open and leaked all the food onto the plate! (Having a fork might've made this excusable...)My friend had the cheesesteak and none of the meat stayed in the bun. Furthermore, the cheese looked like it came from a can. Absolutely awful. The menu descriptions sounded awesome, and I wish the dishes had lived up to them! I hope the management makes changes ASAP.

My experience at Elevation 5280 happened as all of my food truck ones do, at a brewery. We had ordered a beer each at Green Mountain Brewing, and realized we were hungry. There was a Domino's pizza attached, but we like to support local business, and hadn't eaten at a chain pizza store in years, so we thought we'd try the food truck parked out front instead. After ordering the brisket street tacos and fries (which together costed a painful $18 with tip) we sat down to eat. The supposedly 12ish hour brisket was extremely dry and had hardly any flavor, and the tortillas had a stickiness to them that was unpleasant and unappealing. As I was eating it all I tasted was sticky tortilla and got almost no flavor from the brisket. There were only three of them, and in the end left us hungry and feeling ripped off. Luckily we thought, we have fries too. Unfortunately, they were even worse than the tacos. If you imagine the worst place you've ever had fries, it was probably those big steak fries, the ones that Sysco distributes everywhere, and that's exactly what these were. They had hardly any salt, and were almost soggy. We each had two or three to attempt to satisfy our hunger and gave up, disappointed and feeling resigned. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I wish I would have chosen the Dominoes Pizza... I would have saved money, and had better food.

I found a screw in my food. I will never eat at another food truck again. This company has completely broken my trust.UPDATE: I have been sick all day since eating at this food truck. I cant even file a food safety complaint because they're nowhere to be found in city+county records. It could be the case that Elevation wasn't legally allowed to serve me food in the first place.

My first, only and last experience with this food truck. It was set up for 2 hours at a school event. Theyvran put of hotdogs and hamburgers 30 mins into the event. The only other option was a taco and chips, however when asked if there is salsa, dip for the chips the answer was no, just a plate of plain chips. Slow service not friendly people working and they even tried to charge me more that what the menu said. We could have sat down at a restaurant for the samenprice and had been served faster with more food. Also when we paid she said they didnt have enough ones for change and there was a tip jar filled with ones sitting right on the counter. I can say I would never have these people to any event!

we had them out for a neighborhood block party. He definitely saved our butts when we couldn't find a food truck, even though we had been looking for over a month. Service was great and quick. Food was wonderful! Thank you so much!!

Stopped by the food truck in Sterling ranch on 7-5. Ordered smoked wings....HORRIBLE! They were so rubbery they weren't even edible. Lesson learned for over expensive wings. Seriously.....BWW has better and that's not saying much.
