El Taco Stop

We love this place! It's a hidden gem. The carne asada tacos are amazing and my husband always has their menudo. The kids usually get the bean burritos one could be split with smaller kids! We've never had an issue with missing food or no condiments.

The worst place ever!!! STAY AWAY!! 1st is very expensive all plates are overpriced!! I ordered a libra tacos and guess what!! It said it came with all condiments, tortillas and fries. I ordered two orders. None came with fries, they gave me tortillas for one order and condiments for one ordered. But sure thing i got billed for two both at $14. Asada needed salt!! 2nd THEY TAKE FOREVER TO NOTICE THAT YOU SHOWED UP, They take even longer to bring your food and the waitress never checks up on you. HANDS DOWN THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!! Never going back again.

You now it gotta be good Mexican food when the key and prep chef speak no English, nor do any of the many Hisapnic customers. AWESOME and AUTHENTIC! I had the beef street tacos, perfectly seasoned and nciely cooked wiht FRESH ingredientsAt the cook's suggestion I had a sample of Rojo and Verde (red and green) sauce. OMG!Its easy to be put off by this box truck and its tenet seating area. Your adventuresomeness will be rewarded. This is as good a Mexican meal as you will have in greater Denver.

Wanted to do a review of a little Gem we have been going to for over a year now. You wouldn't know it if you drive by but this is a special place. It's called The Taco Shop and the street Tacos are just awesome. They Serve a hearty taco. Not like the street tacos you normally get. These are packed with meat! My son likes to use the extra meat that falls to his plate and makes a 6th Taco! He's silly. All for $9.00! The meat quality is top notch! The seasoning is perfect. They serve them with a side plate of different salsas and a cilantro jalapeño mix with lime wedges. No Cheese which we prefer! Oh, I almost forgot the Salsa and chips. But you wont if you decide to try them out because the salsa is incredible and the chips go well with it.

So I've been here before and thought it was okay prob in the choice of meat I chose at the time... but The other day I wanted tacos delivered and they offered delivery through doordash ... AMAZING!!!! I ordered the Al Pastor Tacos and tacos were so delicious and flavorful! I did end up ordering enchiladas which were also good!

Been going her for a whole and the pricing always seems to be different and more expensive. I order the same thing all the time. Lately they have been charging for things that they didn't charge for before. The quality of the meat seems to have gotten worse too. I am finding a lot of fat in my carne asada. It also has seen to lost flavor or not have flavor at all. I need to find a new place close to me because they have been dropping the ball.

Absolutely phenomenal Mexican food. This is by far the most authentic Mexican food I have been able to find in all of the Denver Metro area. I would highly recommend the Tacos Al Pastor. Crispy savory pork tacos served with minced cilantro, onions and homemade salsa on homemade tortillas. There is no way you can eat just one. The best part about this place is that you can buy the meat by the pound and it will come with all the fixings for tacos. I live south of Denver so when I spend 40 minutes one way to go here (almost monthly), I buy 2 or 3 pounds of Tacos Al Pastor and TRY to make it last for a few days. They are so addictive though they I'm usually lucky if there is any left by the end of the next day. El Taco Stop, besides the cheesy name and logo is a MUST for anyone who enjoys authentic Mexican food. The only comparable Mexican food in the States that I've been able to find is in New Mexico and Southern California.

I come here for the first time and oder a torta and 6 tacos. They charge me 39 dollars to find out I only got 4 tacos, way over priced! I got rob that's for sure. Wont ever step back in this place don't recommend.

I often order their taco through Grub Hub. There has been confusion using this delivery service, but Grub Hub usually makes it right. This last time, Grub Hub offered me a ridiculous compensation (50% off my next order vs. the $40 worth of food I didn't receive-Useless, unless I order $80 worth of food). I called El Taco stop directly, and they offered to make it right, even though I think they lost out on money, because Grub Hub underpaid them. They make amazing tacos and have great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Love there tacos!!!! Very authentic tasting food awesome cook. Service is also very good and friendly always feel welcomed here! The atmosphere is nice and colorful. Definitely a regular spot for me.
