Food was hot, fresh and good. Service was fast and friendly. Plenty of seating for our group.

Had the Burrito Indio and it was very good. Chips and salsa were both made in house and were fresh and tasty. Nice casual and authentic ambiance in an old grain building. Service was very friendly. Will be back!

Super cool building hidden in Fort Lupton with a awesome Mexican restaurant! We ordered tacos Ale carte for $2.50 each and they didn't disappoint! My husband loved the chorizo one. I got the small combination plate with a cheese enchilada and it was prob the best one I've ever ate at a Mexican restaurant! My only disappointment was the chips and salsa. The salsa comes in a tiny condiment cup, and was more like a watery hot sauce. Overall though, this place is a hidden gem with great service! I will definitely be back as a regular customer!!

Chimichanga was only menu option. Cook didn't want to make, microwave prepackaged cile rellenos.Very dissapointing considering al the other reviews. Even the chimi seemed to be prepackaged with overcooked chickenslices. Will never select this unheated place again.

Awesome repurpose of an old manufacturing facility. The ambiance is pretty neat. Friendly staff, great salsa and amazing food!!

Service was quick, servers were friendly & food was absolutely amazing. I like how they left it an old mill building and made it their own. We will be back for sure. I got chicken quesadillas w/ a side of rice. The food presentation was great too!

This place has the best menudo I have ever tasted. It was incredible! They said the secret was...I'm not gonna tell. I tried to recreate it, but mine was still lacking. I think there are 2 special ingredients!

Was not sure what to expect as it had an open door & looked like an old bar. Boy are we glad that did not stop us! The restaurant is actually further in & is air conditioned and very clean. Our server was the sweetest thing who took great care of us. The chips and homemade salsa were a fantastic start. The queso fundido was truly authentic, too. I had carne asada which came in a truly authentic fashion - on a wooden board with delicious pico, grilled cactus, stuffed poblano, rice, & beans. My husband had chicken fajitas which came on a heaping hot plate with the same great sides of rice & beans. I cannot say enough about how delicious the homemade tortillas were. Would give 10 stars if Yelp allowed it. If you are looking for AUTHENTIC Mexican and not a chain - I highly suggest this place!
