What can I say... loved it! In Denver this week and stopped in for local Mexican food. Found the right spot. Nice dining area, was seated and waited on promptly. I had beef burritos with red sauce and cheese... awesome. Also came with chips and salsa. Looks like a nice local place with constant influx of customer's. Food was out quickly and very hot! I will stop in again when I'm in Denver.

This place has been around for forever and never disappoints. It's as old as it looks. It's very clean and feels "home-y" & you can be confident that what it lacks in frills, it makes up for in the fare. I had the carne asada & it was cooked to perfection. I was in hog heaven as i savored every bite, it was so lusciously seasoned and every bite of fat was salty and delicious. The poblano pepper was exquisite and took the dish to a "whole nuther" level. Perfect spice and cooked to please. Yum! My friend had the steak- just plain and was very pleased. I also enjoyed a cabernet sauvignon which i never do with Mexican, but rules are made to bend and i am glad that i did. It was great. I would be remiss if i didn't mention the great service- prompt, polite, and friendly. Sorry i was selfish and didn't take one photo- guess you'll just hafta go there!

I absolutely LOVED this place. It was pretty chill for a Friday evening dinner and the server was so nice. She was so nice and gave some recommendations on what to do since we were out of town. The birria was the BEST!!! The tacos were huge and it was overall some of the best I have had. Probably wouldn't get the queso again but the free salsa is a little spicy!

Went to El Parral for the first time, decor was a little blend for a Mexican restaurant, I was hoping to see more Mexican tradition. Service was good and really enjoyed my frozen margarita during happy hour. We ordered a steak quesadilla as an appetizer to have with our drinks. Quesadilla was very simple with steak and lots of cheese.

I am a total Mexican food restaurant follower. I've lived in the southeast part of town forever and today visited El Parral, again. This is 5 star!

The restaurant is a little dated, but that's what makes a great Mexican restaurant. The Chile rellenos and green chili are outstanding. This has become our go-to Mexican restaurant.

I love this place! The food is always delicious and super quick and the people are so kind! One of my favorite local Mexican restaurants!

The location is tough. BUT the food is some of the very best. Very reasonable and very good service. A real keeper, anything you order is great.
