Einstein Bros Bagels - Terminal A

Totally disgusting, grab a sausage egg and cheese bagel from the grab and go! What a disappointment usually Einstein serves good food this is total garbage on top of that they put it on some kind of whole wheat to gross bagel. Next time I'm going to McDonald's at least they have consistent breakfast and it's pretty good.

I normally enjoy Einstein Bros Bagels, but this time I wasn't impressed. Maybe it's because I am at the airport location, and not their regular brick and mortar location. Unlike the brick and mortar location, this breakfast bagel sandwich was dry and the eggs were not fresh. If I was to guess, everything was probably premade and heated up. For the cost of the sandwich, you would think someone was back in that kitchen really cooking.

A nice looking place with average bagels. It's nice and clean and it seems like it would be good, but the everything bagel was just like any other bagel in an airline terminal - which is just average. It's not bad, but it's not exceptional in any way. There are stools to sit on in back of the counter and it was a nice place to relax and eat the bagel.

This place was crowded, but the line was moving along, however the woman taking my order was rude. When I asked what was in the hash brown bagel she responded with "it's a bagel" which irritated me, when I asked her what was in it, she said "hash browns", I rolled my eyes and got one. Turns out it has tomatoes in it, which I'm allergic to, which is kinda why I asked about it. So not only was she dismissive, she prevented me from making smart choices about my food intake. Very annoyed. Also, to note the stall is set behind some pillars and they are calling names for orders, but because it's behind the pillar, and right next to the normal foot traffic and noise of the airport it is IMPOSSIBLE to hear them call out. And when people are late cause they can hear the staff is rude rather than sympathetic. They need to do better by their customers. TLDR This place: boo hiss.

I would say that considering how busy this place is that they did their best to give the best service, and food with speed in mind. The food was decent, the bagels soft on the inside and just enough crunch on the outside. It could have been toasted better but it wasn't burnt so I'm happy! The bagel select was small but they still had the staples. I got an egg and cheese. This location is busy, people hustling and bustling to their respective gates and so it is noisy. One employee was doing preorders for the food to make it get our faster although myself and others were not quite ready to order. I misunderstood and thought it was only bagels so i ordered my bagel but no coffee until I arrived at the cash register. The gal didn't interact much, and mostly unremarkable. I paid and moved to wait. My drink took a little longer than the food due to my own misunderstanding of what the original gal was gathering for orders. Overall the coffee was also good, not too sweet but i can tell the milk they added had some sweetener in it.

How was this bagel so bad?? I gave them an extra star because they are open 24 hours a day and I got into the airport at 1am. I was grateful for anything. Also, the service was really good. But yikes, every single bite was so bad. Dry, flavorless and not the big, hearty bagels I'm used to at Einstein's. Only go here if you're desperate like I was.

No flavor and they didn't even toast my bagel. Don't be fooled by the long line. It was not even edible

They didn't get my order correct. Food was bland and I asked for easy schemer, but they didn't listen.

So....so......bad!!!! It deserves a 0 star rating. Short version - one star reviews are spot on - not edible, order was wrong (seriously, garden avocado bagel without the avocado??), incomplete order. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs even if you are desperate.

Service was good, but on a Monday morning they were out of plain cream cheese and had no bagels except cinnamon raisin. Not a problem if you like onion and chive with your cinnamon, but I sure don't. My partner ordered me a plain bagel (before they ran out) with veggie cream cheese but I was given something with vegetables and maybe an egg and some sauce. Took it back and all I could get was ciabatta bread with onion chive cream cheese. Not yummy.
