If you cannot find people who want to help customers, acknowledge customers, provide basic skills of a customer service-related job...maybe you should close your doors. There's a reason why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered fromthis location via DoorDash recently. There was a little snow, we had a skeleton crew at our office, so I wanted to treat us to bagels and a tub of Schmear. 6 bagels and a tub of Schmear, that's it. DoorDash did their job and delivered a sealed bag...but no tub in the bag. No one wants to eat dry bagels! This wasn't like I ordered fries and they forgot ketchup!! I paid for the bagels, cream cheese, and a tip, and I'm out of pocket because they're not going to get eaten. So I drove in the snow to this location. I could see 3 people working customer service, two at the drive thru, one just standing near the drive thru. They were not that busy! I know he saw me, but continued to ignore me. Finally he asked if he could help me. I showed him my DoorDash receipt and told him I didn't get my tub of Schmear. "Ok let me grab that", grabbed one and handed it to me. No apology, nothing. So not only was I out the DoorDash prices, a tip, but I had to leave work and drive there! Horrible service.

We stopped at the drive thru to buy a couple of Bagels for breakfast. After ordering, we ended up waiting in line about 35 minutes. When we finally arrived at the window, the cashier repeated our order and told us our total. He didn't smile, didn't look happy, and appeared to be a little overwhelmed. He handed me my credit card and bag, said thanks, and closed the window. The wait was a little irritating, but our bagels tasted great. Not sure what was going on here that day, but I would give them another shot if I ever find myself in the area again.

I used to come to this location all the time when I lived in the area and never had an issue. Today (4/30), terrible!! We walked in and there was only a father and daughter waiting for their order. The drive thru line was packed and clearly moving slow but most definitely faster than you'd wait inside the store! Placed our order for 2 bagels with schmear thinking that should be a breeze. 25 minutes later.... that father daughter waiting, got their order of 2 bagels. I was shocked thinking that maybe they had a huge order that was holding everything up. Nope, one guy making the orders, one guy taking the orders, a manager wandering around on the phone the whole time, and now a store filled with people waiting in line and/or for their orders. I get it, everyone is short staffed everywhere, but seriously, tell people as they are ordering that there is a wait! When I finally got my 2 bagels 30 minutes after ordering, the green chili bagel I ordered was burnt and literally had one little piece of green chili.... Paid extra for a specialty bagel! As I was walking out, a guy walked out of line to leave and asked me how long I waited for that order! He was not happy either. That's sad. I won't be back.

Our original plans were to go to Denver Biscuit Company but the wait there was too long so we ended up here. I haven't been to an Einsteins in quite awhile but I did like them when I did.Here are the Bummers:Bummer 1: Their inside dining is completely closed (there isn't any).Bummer 2: The coffee is no longer out where you have access to it and is instead behind the counter. Bummer 3: The nova lox bagel only had 2 slices of lox, did not have capers and did not come out open faced.The A-Oks:A-Ok 1: They did have some outdoor tables and chairs that were doable since it was not freezing cold out when we went.A-Ok 2: The coffee was still pretty good.A-Ok 3: The person taking our order was helpful with sharing information.So will I be back to this location? Not sure. But it has gotten me interested to see if other Einsteins are set up similarly and if my loved bagel has been downgraded.

As a NYer, I know good pizza, and I know good bagels. While I won't find NY bagels or pizza in CO, I make due. Went here for the first time, and my order came out real quick. In addition, everything was soft, hot, and fresh. My pizza bagel was actually delicious because the bagel was fluffy and soft, yet crisped. Also got a sesame bagel with butter and it was soft and tasty.

Einstein Bagels is right down the street from where my step-son works, so it was a very convenient drive for some breakfast. The customer service is great at the drive-thru, hence the stars. One of my good friends is responsible for the graphic design of their menus, and I would really love to support this company. But, ugh. I am, again, so disappointed with this location. Despite their attractive breakfast menu, and the fact that they offer so many choices on their menu, they are always out of everything. Today, we arrived at 9:00 am. Their only dairy- free option was almond milk (which was fine). I tried to order a GF lox bagel, but, again, they were out of gluten-free bagels. It's just not worth the trip anymore.Sad face. Hungry belly.

Gave me the wrong bagel and the cold brew shake was melted. When I went back they were out of the bagel I originally wanted which was frustrating. Staff needs to communicate or check orders before they hand out the wrong food to someone who could be allergic to it.

Why did the apple cinnamon bagels get discontinued?The clerk said they were discontinued during Covid. I think we're well past that, so please bring them back. Service was slow and the clerk wasn't helpful. I asked for chai tea latte "extra hot" twice and he didn't respond with acknowledgement that this could/couldn't be done. Turns out they apparently can't make the drinks extra hot. I've included a picture of the chai tea latter I got: it wasn't even close to full, and lacked flavor. Lots of teaching moments and opportunities for improvement for management to address.

Always incredibly slow despite the 10 employees working, no manager ensuring hustle, order is always wrong and takes forever to be made even though I order online and very minimal shmear. I've given up on this location.
